Our vacation home offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping options. On the ground floor there is a triple room and the spacious bathroom with toilet, underfloor heating, walk-in shower, bathtub, a heated towel rail as well as washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there is a separate toilet, 2 double rooms, a kitchen with dining table and a round arch to the living room. The living room, with access to the balcony, is equipped with a large couch, a cozy sitting area with reading lamp and a TV.

Our place is close to Ravensburg / Friedrichshafen / Spieleland and the spa towns of Bad Saulgau and Aulendorf, as well as the beautiful Lake Constance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (children from about 4 years old, as there are several open staircases) NO pets allowed!!! An additional €10 per day is charged for small children. We have two lovely and trusting cats, as well as a great dog.

Zurich is easily accessible by both car and public transport and can be reached in 15-30 minutes. Beautiful recreational areas such as Lake Pfäffikon and Juckerfarm are in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the neighborhood street and for a short time in four visitor parking spaces.

Beautiful large row corner house with terrace, enclosed garden and pergola in a very quiet street on the outskirts of Sonthofen. With a PV system, heat pump, and free solar-charging for electric vehicles. The bathing and sauna park Wonnemar is next door within walking distance, about 200 m away. The center and pedestrian area of Sonthofen are also within walking distance, about 700 m. Parking is just outside the door.
