Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. Lovingly furnished, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and the beach in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure opportunities. Beautiful apartment 2 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony and then spend the day in the beach 2min away.
