Wonderful hosts; friendly and responsive. Great location that was close to the main shops, pubs and restaurants in Hexam as well as for visiting Hadrian's Wall. Extremely well equipped and clean. Highly recommend.

No problems internally, flat was as expected, hosts were great, really good communication and very attentive. The accommodation is really let down by the communal areas, which are not well kept.

Fantastic weekend stay in Newcastle! Christian was so friendly & accommodating for our stay, the apartment was stunning with everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and everything felt luxurious, including the robes & fancy coffee machine. Being walking distance from st James park and city centre shops & restaurants was so handy. It was perfect for our weekend as wedding guests and exploring the city, only a quick taxi from the Airport as we flew in from Bristol as well which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here over a budget hotel as it had all the little extra home comforts, if I’m ever in Newcastle again I will be returning to this lovely apartment. Super friendly and welcoming, with incredible local knowledge that totally upgraded my trip. From hidden gems to the best spots to eat and explore, their tips made all the difference. we needed a place to stay for 3 of us as we were spending the weekend at the Beamish museum. 15 mins away it was perfect for our needs. Joan was helpful and responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better host. highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Ian’s place in Amble, amazing location for everything in Northumberland as well as plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in Amble. Super property for couple or families as well we’re with lots of games and children’s books as well as all the amenities you could need for a long or short stay. Would happily stay here again if we were holidaying in the north east of England again.

A very well equipped and quiet apartment on the edge of Rothbury in easy walking distance of local facilities. It might have proved challenging to find but Matthew's directions were easy to follow. Everything we required was available and although we did not meet Matthew, he responded immediately to any inquiries we made.

The wonder historic house that Marion and John shared with us is absolutely stunning. The house & space has so much character yet provides all the modern amenities. Lots of room for the four of us. A plus was being out in the English countryside, yet within reasonable travel to all the main attractions was just perfect. The incredible views sitting in the backyard with a tea, coffee or adult beverage was just a slice of heaven. Pictures on site can't do it justice. Just wish there were less clouds to enjoy the dark sky and stars. John shared a ton of historical knowledge of the house, the land and the region which my wife just ate up being a history buff herself. Wish we could have stayed longer. A real Gem.

What an outstanding Airbnb! The property itself was super stylish, incredibly well thought out and had everything you could have wanted for a few nights stay. The bed was incredible comfortable and so was all the linen and towels. Deborah was a wonderful host who had left a folder with great recommendations - we tried some of them and they were great. I don't normally spend too much time in an Airbnb but we felt so comfortable and at home here, that we spent an evening watching a movie. The location is also perfect - a short stroll to restaurants, pubs and the heart of Hexham. Great parking for 1 car too! I'd stay here in a heartbeat!

Great stay for a family wedding at Tyne Bank Brewery. Lottie was very communicative and flexible with arrival and departure times which was appreciated when flight times were changed.

A smart, modern apartment, very well equipped, walkable to the local bars, pubs and shops. Cannot complain.

A beautiful downstairs apartment, fitted out with everything we needed. In a great location so close to Almwick centre but in a so quiet neibourhood. Parking in the street is a bit limited but we always managed either on the free carpark or just outside of the residents zone. Host Linda was easy to contact and responsive even though really we had no issues. All in all, first class accommodation and we have no hesitation in recommending Hotspur House as a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at this spacious flat. It was absolutely spotless and well equipped. The check in was quick and easy. Neil was very quick to respond to our query during our stay. It was so close to the Metro too so getting into town was really quick. So close to the supermarkets too. Can’t fault it! Definitely recommend! Thanks Neil

Very comfortable, everything you could need was provided. Helpful information in folder within the apartment which answered all the questions about the apartment and the area. Parking easy with clear instructions provided. Amazing view of castle and great to watch the lighting of the beacon in remembrance of VE Day from window. All in all, a great apartment in a great location with seamless communication with owners. Thank you.

A lovely apartment right in the center of Alnwick. Everything you need and well equipt. Bed is so comfy you really don't want to get out of it! Barry was a super host, and communication was excellent! Will definitely stay again if in the area in the future!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

We booked this apartment for a central location with good parking nearby. Leslie is an amazing host and responded really well to any q’s we had The flat is well furnished and very comfortable it has everything you need & has lots of added extras, beautiful toiletries, plenty of towels, tea/coffee etc and milk in the fridge We all enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend this flat.
