Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Blue Springs

We have probably stayed in this property half a dozen times, a fact that may be the best summary review. The pros: professionally managed, always clean, good neighborhood with dedicated parking, big TV, fast internet and a nice covered porch. Walking distance to restaurants, and just a mile from Loose Park, a lovely urban park. The cons: the house is not very big, with two bedrooms and one bath. It is an older home and the wood floors creak when you walk on them. Our party is two adults and two canines, and it works fine for us. Overall, it is our go-to place when visiting Kansas City.

Emily was very responsive and accommodating! Her home was beautiful and very clean, which made us feel right at home. It is located in a very quiet area, but just a short drive from downtown restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

We had to come to KC in an emergency, and even though we checked in at 3:30 AM, Lance was responsive and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We then had to extend our stay at the last minute and again, very responsive and easy to deal with. Very high recommendations!

We had a great stay. The location was excellent for exploring the area and going to downtown KC. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly by the owners.

The house was great for our large group of 10, everyone slept comfortably, and had enough space. The kids and adults loved the property. We ran into one issue with the house that’s not even really worth mentioning because Loretta called a repairman and came up with a solution to the problem immediately. It was a lovely stay. My sisters appreciated being able to park their cars in the garage. I, being 6 months pregnant enjoyed having a downstairs bedroom with a large bathtub.

Our family all met in KC to celebrate Christmas. The house we originally booked 6 months ago had a plumbing issue and we couldn’t stay there. We had to scramble to find a place for 6 people for 3 nights during Christmas and it was 6:00pm. This place saved the day. The owner quickly responded to our reservation request and we were walking in the door 30 minutes later. It was comfortable for 6 of us and we were able to prepare some meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and we felt safe walking and running in the area. Made for a great Christmas celebration with our family. Definitely recommend.

Carols home was very homey, and just as the pictures show. Our toddler loved every bit and we can’t thank Carol enough for having us stay. Kansas felt like home again.

This place was amazing! Quiet neighborhood and the pictures looked exactly like the place . I am a review reader and I am impressed by how the host took into consideration all the feedback she received from others. This stay was perfect for me and my family .

Stayed here for two weeks and it was really nice! Cute little apartment, bed is very comfortable and the shower head is fantastic! Really enjoyed my stay!

Absolutely the best Airbnb experience yet, Holly and Leo are excellent hosts. They were very helpful with the area of Missouri and with all the questions we had, on top of that everyone we talked to in the town had high praise for them. The space is exactly as advertised plus more, for us it couldn't have been a better location. We hope to be able to return next year. Thank you Holly, Leo and everyone we met at morning coffee

This place was amazing! Spacious, bright and inviting. An awesome spot for families or a few couples! We would definitely stay again.

Overall great stay and exactly what I was looking for. The space is exactly as pictured and reviews were spot on. Russ as a host was very responsive/communicative throughout the week. It was an easy location to get to everything I needed. Would stay again!

We were staying for the weekend to visit our son at UCM and the location was excellent--a residential neighborhood super close to UCM. The place was quite comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom was small with a rather tight shower, but it was all very clean and updated. I would stay here again.

We loved staying here! The comfy, cozy, and aesthetic rooms made us feel right at home. Everything was beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
