Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

"Blue Mountain Retreat" is steps away from the large neighborhood pool, gym, putting greens, bocce and shuffleboard courts. Just outside the gates are several fabulous restaurants. With so much to do within walking or biking distance, you can leave your cars behind and enjoy the beach life. No pets allowed, only service animals.

The large porch features a high table and several chairs, providing a place to enjoy ocean views. The smooth waves gently wash onto the sandy shore, with people visible in the distance. A decorative wind chime hangs from the ceiling, gently swaying in the breeze.

Directly on our private beach, this beautifully decorated beachfront condominium provides outstanding and vast ocean and beach views, both the porch and side windows all have sweeping vistas East to Panama City Beach (beautiful night lights) and West to Destin. The Condominium is situated on the second floor of a small three-story building with a large covered deck to relax and watch for dolphins and stingrays.
