Great communication, and a lovely place to stay for the night which exceeded our expectations.

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

Booked for a 50th birthday celebration and reunion. A great time was had by all! Lois was around to meet and greet and the items provided for breakfast was an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Thanks for a great stay Lois!

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

We had a wonderful time in Verity and Luke’s beautiful place. Everything was spotlessly clean, elegant and comfortable (the beds and pillows were amazing) - we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. We felt welcomed form the moment we arrived with thoughtful and generous gifts, friendly and helpful communication from Verity and Luke, clear directions and a very easy check in process. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area (Watchet, Cleeve Abbey and the deli in Williton were particular favourites ) but we also had a really relaxing time in the garden, surrounded by trees and meadows watching the birds and identifying the wildflowers. We loved the way the garden had been arranged to be comfortable for people but also allow space for wildlife and having the conservatory to eat and relax in was a bonus. We couldn’t have hoped for more. All four of us were delighted with our stay and would love to come back. Many thanks Verity and Luke for everything!

Beautiful, quirky cottage in a great spot with lovely garden and stream. We had an amazing 3 night stay with 11yr old, 8yr old and our dog in this lovely cottage. Great walks from the door, an easy walk to the pub and lovely beaches a bit further afield. It's so peaceful and surpassed expectations, shame kids had to go back to school as we would have loved to stay longer. Hosts are super responsive and really helpful. Worth noting there are a lot of ticks on the moor so worth bringing spray and tick removers. Thanks and we hope to come back.

The cottage is in a lovely location with beautiful views. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Walkers can set out straight from the door. Our host was on hand if needed but not obtrusive. A very relaxing break.

Our family of ten included three generations and we all enjoyed a wonderful week. The house and garden were beautiful and the views stunning. Our four grandchildren enjoyed the top floor games room as well as outdoor water activities. We all enjoyed good walks from our doorstep. We hope to return to return for another week.

A fabulous stay for my 60th birthday celebrations with the family. The whole house was perfect with plenty of space for 8 people to be. We all loved our individual rooms with en-suites and thought the house was beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen was amply equipped with everything we needed including great cook books. Jo was was a great host who communicated with us very well beforehand. A fantastic house with an equally fantastic host!

Harriet and her husband were exceptional hosts. Friendly and approachable, such lovely people. The accommodation was absolutely stunning and the surroundings so calm and peaceful. We were made to feel right at home. The quality of everything was absolute top end and we were so comfortable. The fresh bread and milk was a lovely touch on arrival. Nothing seemed too much. It was just so lovely and we will certainly be back. Thank you so much.

We booked a 3 night stay in the week. Harry’s place was fantastic. He supplied enough breakfast items to feed a few people, which was such a bonus . The house was lovely, really homely and comfortable. Our pooch was catered for too. Some really beautiful walks from the house into the woods, which we all enjoyed. The coast was about 30mins drive, which we did visit. One thing to note, some of the local restaurants/takeaways were not open until midweek which wasn’t a deal breaker but good to know. The Pig at Combe was a great place to visit and eat, dogs allowed in the Folly, highly recommend. Communication from Harry was great and we did get to meet him as they only live next door. We would definitely like to visit again.

Lovely cottage within reach of beautiful parts of Exmoor. Well equipped and peaceful with great views from the terrace. Excellent kitchen, cosy bedrooms, heating and multi fuel burner easy to use.

Always loved loved this part of the world so I knew what was coming. However, the place you stay on holiday can make a big difference. The studio is a really nice accommodation. Nicely decorated and kept very well - couldn't fault a thing. The Studio has absolutely beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our time there and will be recommending it to our family and friends. Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

The accommodation which was easily big enough for 7 of us, had great breakfast and dining space plus a beautiful lounge to relax in. The stunning views, being private and off the beaten track we’re just what we needed to chill and relax.. but close enough to lynmouth & Lynton & porlock which were all great to explore.. what a fantastic property Very much recommended..

Georges house is a lovely bright and airy space with everything you need. The location is perfect - so close to lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. Lynton is a beautiful little town. George sent lots of helpful information re access and parking before our arrival and it was really easy to find the house and car parking close by.

Just had one of the most brilliant stays at "Little Spindles". A fantastic eco-built property situated down a quite lane with everything needed for a peaceful, relaxing time away. Inside, the property is just amazing; so clean and tidy, with top quality fixture and fittings and tastefully decorated. The garden area is mainly laid to lawn and is large and private, thanks to surrounding trees and shrubs. There's a little stream at the bottom of the garden and we were fortunate enough to see a kingfisher during our stay! It's close to the centre of Ashburton (lovely little place!) and ideally positioned for a wide variety of sightseeing and walking trips. Poppy is a great host and is always on hand to offer help when needed. We look forward to a return visit!

Beautiful Airbnb in a beautiful location. The property was larger than I anticipated and bright throughout. Sue was responsive and friendly, we felt extremely comfortable during our stay and will definitely come back should we return to the same area. Can’t recommend enough.
