Cornelia is very welcoming and kind We received all the needed information a few days before our arrival ; A welcoming gift waited for us in the fridge The house in a very peaceful Land, the flat is wide, with balcony and garden; it is extra clean, well furnished It was just perfect !

We arrived and were all immediately impressed! We didn't miss anything and our expectations were more than exceeded. Everything is high quality, spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen was also a dream and equipped with everything. The bathroom was also extremely luxurious, rounded off with the sauna, to spend a relaxing wellness weekend. The hosts were always easily accessible and provided us with all the necessary information. I'm sure we'll be back!!

We had a great weekend at Nicole's and were able to relax superbly. The apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. In addition, Nicole was super likeable, helpful and very accessible. A small note, however, is that the pool was not yet usable, although it should have been usable according to the description. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy our vacation very much, thanks for that Nicole!

We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊

The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

We were very happy to stay in Gabriele's airbnb place in Sankt Johann - it was walking distance from the town and close to many attractions of the area. On our last evening we walked up to Tannweg to the Gasthof on the mountain behind us - wonderful views and super place to be staying. My 8 year old son spent a lot of time in the pool behind our apartment and we all enjoyed the peaceful location a great deal. Thanks very much!

We loved everything about this home. It was very easy to get to and Dr. Brigitte was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. There was a grocery store just around the corner. There were also multiple bus stops just outside the house that took us everywhere we wanted to go and was super easy to use. One of our favorite things was the heated floor in the bathroom, which feels luxurious in the winter.

Fantastic surroundings and views. From the balcony you could see the whole valley. The apartment was superbly equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything needed. A folder with information about the place helped further. The forest begins right behind the house. We were more than satisfied with our vacation at Oliver's. We'd love to come back soon

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment right above Melanie and Thomas over Easter. From the start, the atmosphere was very familiar and warm – interpersonally, it just worked out great. The apartment itself really leaves nothing to be desired: high-quality furnishings, with a lot of love for detail, and absolutely perfect for longer stays. We were particularly impressed by the large terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape – a real highlight! Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

We were on site as a family for the first time. The surroundings are beautiful, you can experience many things. The yard is nicely secluded from the place, making it a special tranquility. The lake is within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The highlight was of course the short ride of our little daughter, which made the holiday perfect. We will definitely be back...

We were guests with a group of couples/friends at Theresia's. The place was great, I don't think you can be any closer to nature! The adjacent ski resorts are super accessible on foot or by ski bus. And the ski resorts in the Zillertal speak for themselves. Theresia was a great hostess and was always available to answer questions. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic! We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough. It is extremely spacious, very clean and in a great location for restaurants/groceries etc. The bedrooms are beautiful with lots of room and the Airbnb is light and open plan. The property is equipped with everything you can require, from a highchair and changing mat for a child to nespresso coffee and additional toilet roll! We loved playing the football table in the evenings. We used the properly whilst we were skiing in the SkiWelt area which wasn’t a far drive to the slopes - PERFECT!
