Beautiful and homely- great accommodation! We stayed here for three nights with our friends - so in total four adults, three children and a baby and we kept losing each other! The garden is huge and many a game of hide and seek was had. We also had a great Easter egg hunt! The house had absolutely everything we needed and was so comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy and everyone slept amazingly apart from mama and baby, ha! The village is beautiful and peaceful and we found the supermarkets about a 15 min drive away had everything we needed. Highly recommend the beach at Old Hunstanton, and the adventure playgrounds at Pensthorpe and Sandringham! We reluctantly left and may very well be back again! Loved it!

Steve is a brilliant host, very friendly and informative and just a thoroughly decent guy. The place is clean, modern and in an area to explore local wooded areas. You get a lot more in the room than you usually would for the price and I felt very comfortable there. I would 100% recommend

We had a really lovely stay and Robbie was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had, as well as giving very clear instructions on how to find the property. There is one bedroom upstairs and one down, lovely shower and we had a very comfortable stay. We liked that it was only a short drive from King's Lynn and Hunstanton - we spent most of the time on the beach! Thanks for a lovely stay
