Wonderful spacious apartment in the very center of Batumi! There is everything you need, and the hosts are always ready to help with any questions, both household and personal. The sea is 10 minutes away by a slow step with a child, to interesting objects in the old town maximum 20. There are good restaurants and many shops nearby. The hostess of the apartment is an unusually welcoming and empathetic woman. In general, Georgia has left the warmest impressions, I want to come back again and again, because for one trip (especially with a small child) it is impossible to cover at least a small part. Batumi is a fabulous city, a lot of interesting things, for both kids and adults. The only negative is extremely changeable weather and high humidity (rested in the first half of September). We are very sorry that we have not discovered Georgia before, we will definitely be back!

A spacious cabin with everything you need. The cabin has enough sleeping places for a large group. The location of the rooms is very good: two separate bedrooms and a common room, you can go to bed or accommodate children, regardless of the main company. The kitchen has all necessary equipment and utensils. There are plenty of sleeping supplies, towels, blankets, pillows. There is no central heating, but a large number of heaters compensate. A well-maintained courtyard, with a lockable gate: you can put a car, and walk among the tangerine trees. There are shops nearby (by car 5 minutes), a little further away, canteens. The beach is just a short walk away.

Being under a great impression of Georgia and on the rights of the first residents, I want to recommend this apartment to everyone. The apartment is in a new building, the windows overlook the courtyard, an excellent setting, a 3 minute walk to the sea, there is everything you need for your stay, shops, cafes, everything is nearby. Very good hosts, always in touch with us. We went to visit them in the country house, admired the local beauty, treated them with goodies. In general, everything is very wonderful!

Convenient location, rooms are cleaned on time, the furniture and interior are a little tired, the tiles are broken on the floor in some places, but in general the host does not promise a chic renovation. But there is a terrace and territory, because of the greenery, the rooms are dark, but in the heat it's not bad. There was no bed lamp in my room. The bathroom also has a reasonably low ceiling above the sink. There is no hairdryer or kettle in the room, please also also also pay attention. If you add them, and there would be no laundry at all

Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday! We booked taking into account a quiet neighborhood - and we didn't lose! It was quiet and peaceful at night, we had a great night's sleep. It was important for us to be warm, as in winter in Batumi many houses are very cool. But the house has central heating, so we're not cold. The inside is cozy, has everything you need, wifi is very fast. Thank you so much! We got exactly what we were expecting.

This is an absolutely charming and wonderful place in Fener with kind and accommodating hosts. The view out the front window is stunning, the bed's very comfortable, the kitchen is cozy and the internet's top-notch. All around are great cafes and restaurants and beautiful things to see. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place is wonderful. A cozy house with its own small territory. The complex itself has a lot of entertainment (water park, cinema, restaurants, billiards, etc.) Swimming pools are included. The sea is a stone's throw from the cabin. The room itself has everything you need (dishes, towels, towels, iron, hairdryer, hairdryer, umbrellas) and most importantly, air dryer. Due to the strong humidity, it was just an indispensable thing. Anna was always in touch, answered all your questions. Ok thanks a lot!

manana was one of the best hosts that i have ever seen, she is very kind and responsible for gusts, and you can experience all the natural things in manana's house! and also you need to know georgian language or body language well :)

During their holidays, we stayed in Amiran's apartments in Batumi with their family. Very welcoming hosts, helped with all questions, the apartment is clean, cozy, spacious, for three people they need. There is everything you need, if you need anything, the hosts are always ready to help , as they live very close by, the location is good - there is a large Carrefour supermarket nearby, right near the house Magnit, pharmacies, fresh bread, there are many cafes nearby, the beach is a 10-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here, the hosts are very warm and sociable people. We recommend this place to anyone who plans a vacation to Batumi!

I gave the host 5 stars because he's a nice person, and the place is right for the price. The advantage of the place is proximity to all the coastal attractions of Batumi, a bus stop right next door, close to shops, a market and restaurants at affordable prices. Just look for it, but if someone is looking for a very high standard of accommodation, they have to look at higher prices.

I can only recommend it! The host is very welcoming and friendly! If asked she gives good recommendations where to go and she speaks english well (and if she is missing some words, her lovely daughter helps out). Apart from that the room is really clean and comfortable, the kitchen is nice and well equipped and the living room is also cozy. We loved it here and would loved to stay longer if we could.
