the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Husein’s place is a great gem! We stayed there for two nights, two if of us and the pictures doesnt do justice of how spacious the apartment is. It is fully equipped and it was very warm and cozy (we stayed during the winter). However, the biggest cherry on top was the hospitality. We cannot thank Said enough who helped us at 12am to order food as we couldn’t get our apps to work. This gesture will never be forgotten and we will definitely stay there in the future!

A very clean house has a beautiful view as well. The walking distance to the important island center is just a little too much to do your shopping on the way.

I’m r was a big pleasure staying at Maris place. The location is superb, the old town quite street. The apartment is perfect for family with 2 kids, since it has separate beds. Everything we needed was provided. The appartement is well kept. And this is may be 20th appartment in Batumi’s where we have stayed and I definitely say it is the best. Definitely will consider coming back!

I like renting this apartment and visiting this city I consider it my autumn home . I don't think its for everyone but, I I love being there!

Clean, equipped with everything you need housing. Large refrigerator, electric stove and microwave, washing machine. Lots of dishes. There is everything you need for living

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of the stay, and at the end of the stay, we had our stay in a different apartment a little longer, which was just as perfect. We have stayed in this area a lot in the last few months, almost many were negative or average. But this apartment and this business layout is absolutely perfect, an apartment and business we know that we can stay in again and again and feel at home✨✨ in all of their apartments, perfect hosting and perfect home

We had an amazing time here! It felt like home for the duration of our stay. Mr Serkan was very responsive to our needs and gave detailed instructions on how to check-in and out. It’s a very clean and cozy apartment. We will definitely continue to book this airbnb when we come to Istanbul.

I had an excellent stay at Constantin’s Premier City ApartHotel in Chisinau! The room was impeccably clean, modern, and very well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeper Emily was very responsive, made my very late check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chisinau – it truly felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

Very Clean and well design place fit for families. Have some Restrorants ,Supermarkets,Small .Malls Public transportaion very near to place. Very new building with own private garden with code intercom. very recommended.

I had an amazing stay that unfortunatly only lasted 3 months. The staff is very helpful and friendly on the resort. The restaurant at the resort was very good and well priced. The internet was very fast and stable. Would recommend for sure!

I am very glad that during our vacation, this apartment was free. We were looking for an apartment with all amenities overlooking the sea and a private room for children and I believe that we were lucky. The apartment has all the necessary amenities: modern appliances, good furniture, comfortable mattresses and all necessary utensils. There are several supermarkets near the house and many places to eat deliciously. I would like to express my gratitude here again to the hostess of this wonderful apartment and wish her kind guests like her!

The studio apartment is furnished adequately and is located in a prime area. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are supermarkets, shopping mall, restaurants etc. within walkable distance or within 10mins from the apartment. There is no parking within the premises. If you've a car, you will need to park it in one of the parking zones by the road on the backside provided there is an empty slot. That was the only tricky part about the stay. Otherwise we found it very convenient, safe and worth the money.

The place is amazing, a stunning view from balcony. Internet works perfectly. Kitchen is very equipped. Artem is very responsive and helpful if you need something. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.
