Amazing place

Great apartment. A special highlight is the bathroom and dressing room. Comfortable spacious apartment. I liked everything. There are shops within walking distance (you have to go up the hill and the apartment is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator in the house). Beautiful view.

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's quiet, has free parking for the car, the beach is close and there is a small shop nearby where you can pay with the card in case you don't have local currency. We stayed for a week and would love to come back again in the future!

this is a very nice place. we only had one night but really enjoyed it so much. the receptionist was so friendly , Nikolay let us check in early which was also extremely nice. the white cliffs are stunning . don't miss doing the walk all the way to the cliffs. it's worth it. the place is well maintained and clean. the pool bar has amazing views and good prices for the cocktails. the restaurant on top called Octopus really is amazing after you had some sunset drinks at the bar. highly recommend to spend a few days there!

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!

Everything was very nice, Mr. Ümit took care of us very well, he helped us when we were short, he answered our questions, we would definitely go to a place again, thank you for everything.

The apartment is on the 7th floor in the G block of Barcelo Hotel. Two rooms, a little tired already, but it didn't cause us any problem. There is nothing in the apartment, even a sponge for washing dishes, so you need to keep in mind that you will have to buy everything, in the literal sense of the word. There are enough dishes, glasses, plates, spoons , forks, cooking utensils. Of course, there was a lack of a washing machine, but this issue can be resolved. Separately, I want to note the balcony , we spent there all the time that we were in the apartment. Breakfast with a partial view of the sea and the Nemebr. Of the disadvantages, I will note the sofa in the living room, we were 3 adults and someone had to sleep on this sofa. And it's almost impossible to sleep on it (( Overall everything was great! The host is always available, responds promptly, prompts something if necessary. The location is perfect! In the very center. It is quite noisy at night, as young people walk until 4, or even before 7 in the morning )

It was the 2. time for us in the villa and we had again an amazing time. The villa has everything you need for great time. We enjoyed it a lot and already looking forward to come again. Vasil is really nice. Best wishes!

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

Had a really nice stay. Both Natalie in messages and Nona at the place were amazing, helpful and quick responding. I was stay in the autumn and nature around the place is really beautiful. It was a really good place to hide from the city and civilization. Home is very cozy, it feels like hosts made it for theirselves. Everything was comfortable. I want to notice, that all my questions through the experience were answered. And any problem was solved quickly and with quality.

Nice apartment, good location, clean, everything you need is there. Fully matches the description. Sea view from the balcony. The price at the beginning of the season is fully justified.

Taylan was a true blessing as a host. He gave wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations, that were real gems and not touristy at all. We did many of them and were incredibly happy! Also, he organized the taxis from and to the airport without any problems which was a big help. As for the apartment, it has a lovely interior design, all the equipment that you need (f.e. for cooking meals at home), and it is very spacious. The roof terrace is a nice addition and we made good memories sitting up there sipping coffee. Can absolutely recommend this place and especially Taylan as a host!

A great place to relax with family. The sea is very close and the passage to it is through a pleasant pine forest. There are no sun loungers on the beach, etc., but the house has an umbrella and a mat. But it's better to take your own bedding with you House with all your needs for your holiday: Very comfortable two bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet. The third bedroom is in a separate living room, on the way to the other two bedrooms. That is, two bedrooms are fully isolated, and the third is less comfortable and in the passageway There is a convenient parking space in the yard, there are chairs, a table, a brazier. The only thing is that firewood for the barbecue is not included in the price and we paid an additional 30 lari for it. The price also includes bicycles that you can rent. We took it several times, drove around the neighborhood, but I wouldn't say that there are many interesting places to go. This stay in Jurilovca was a real treat! Stefan's house is full of charm, rich in its past history, everywhere the eye catches, a real museum! The garden is also very nice, cats walk there, pelicans fly over it, in the morning turtledoves ring the alarm clock. We slept like a log and enjoyed great weather. Stefan took us on a bike ride to a major archaeological site - an ancient Greek colony now on the shores of Lake Razim. We learned a lot about the past and present history of Romania, a beautiful and endearing country.

It was a perfect stay. Decent place where i didn’t regret for spent money at all, kind and responsive host, one of the best at my memory, scenery was beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and walkable access for the beach, groceries stores. Accommodation is clean, without dirty and spots. Finally I’m really satisfied and highly recommend this place for stay

Overall, we had a great time with my friends at Zeynep's Villa. Zeynep was very quick to respond if we had any problems and we received good suggestions to fix them I would definitely recommend Zeynep's Villa to others for their stay in Sapanca.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.

The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the accommodation.
