We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa. The place was clean and corresponded to the pictures. The location is quiet and ideal for ones seeking recreation. Overall, we were very satisfied with the amenities, even though there were a few smaller things that could be improved. We would like to emphasize Mr Murat, who was a great host and always communicated well with us. We would recommend the place.

Overall, we had a great time with my friends at Zeynep's Villa. Zeynep was very quick to respond if we had any problems and we received good suggestions to fix them I would definitely recommend Zeynep's Villa to others for their stay in Sapanca.

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Beautiful garden and outside pool area made our stay even better. I’d definitely recommend this property and the great host Deniz!

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as described, if not better. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips and making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. First of all, no words can describe how grateful we are to deal with someone kind and caring like you. The house is so beautiful everything is more than perfect and the view is really so beautiful. More importantly Gungor was really good person in your heart..thank you so much for caring and asking about my sister when we were at hospital..thank u so much for alwyas being there for us. With no doubts I will always recommend all my friends this place..not only because it is so beautiful but also because i know that I have a brother there.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this spectacular appartment. The entire experience was fantastic: - the communication with the host was extremely pleasant, very responsive, great recommendations. It felt like having a caring friend in Istanbul!! - the location is excellent, the view over the Bosporus can't get any better. It requires a bit of a climb but absolutely manageble (also with luggage) and well worth it! - beautiful neighborhood right by the Bosporus, sophisticated, great and fun restaurants and clubs, and not overrun by tourists. All walking distance. Including groceries. No need to go anywhere else in the evenings! - big windows, a patio, and a garden. Due to the hillside location the view is spectacular and completely unobstructed. We never drew the curtains. - the appartment is newly renovated, nice furnishing, spotless clean, very tidy, great features and fully equipped with all new appliances and all neccessities. Our new favorite place in Istanbul, we will be back!

We've collected beautiful memories and pictures! A peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The house is very clean, everything is at hand. I really recommend this beautiful place to anyone interested. Everything is perfect I thank the Kopuz couple very much.

Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

Mrs. Müge's house is a meticulously decorated modern village house. The house is clean and well-maintained, and has everything you need. Mrs. Müge is a very caring host and has thought of all the details for the comfort of her guests. The beach is within walking distance, Şile is about half an hour away. You can stay with family or friends and have a good time, whether in summer or winter. We will definitely come again.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

The host is friendly and helpful. The place is wonderful. It is quiet. It is half an hour walk from the city. It's worth a visit, even if you go back to Bazar
