Townhome vacation rentals in Black Sea

Our group enjoyed staying in the Taksim neighborhood! The apartments were clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay in Istanbul. The host helped with private transport and was always friendly.

The apartment is super clean and as shown on the pictures. It's a quite big place and everything you'll need is there. Also, the apartment is behind their house, so you have your full intimacy. You'll feel just like at home. They really helped me during my stay in Batumi. Their hospitality is really great! I definitely recommend!

Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

hIs Julian's place is amazing. A lovely place. Julian was also available in the organization and in giving us all the details. He also organized for us a boat trip in nature and surrounding areas. An incredible landscape. We only stayed one day...too little...

Our extended family stayed for a week at Ozkans house Ozkan was very responsive to guide our taxi drive through the original cobble stone lanes. it is an original house dating back to the Otterman era, the house had everything we needed, lots of books washing .machine, well equipped kitchen. The main bed was a bit lumpy but strangely comfortable, downstairs double was ok, the single mattress wasn't so good. The house is halfway up the hill from the tourist area, lots of Cafes etc. Where the houses is,the area hasn't been gentrified. Was a little concerned when we arrived, Taxi driver wasn't enthusiastic about the area. However we found the area safe. friendly. We were a party of 3 women. and 1 man. Plenty of nearby small shops to buy groceries etc. The tram, bus and ferry station are 5/ 10 minute walk away, so very convenient to get to the Istanbull centre, Taksim or 30 minute walk. It was a very interesting enjoyable stay. Ozkan was a very responsive and generous host

Our hosts were amazing and accommodating. Our luggage was delayed, but our hosts gave us shopping recommendations and even offered to drive us to some places. The Arbnb itself was very clean and nice and the location was amazing by the cliffside of the Black Sea. We would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Ludmila's place was exactly what we needed, large spacious bedrooms, pictures do not do justice. Very clean place, small store next door, and a yard with nice size table was perfect for 6 of us. Definitely recommend Ludmila's place.

A three-story mini mansion with an internal staircase, featuring a stunning design and decor. It offers a historical atmosphere where you can fully experience the local life of Istanbul. Right next to the house, there’s a traditional Turkish market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The house has three modern bathrooms in total, with three toilets and two showers. The area is surrounded by many historic churches and mosques, and it’s one of the most mysterious parts of the Fatih district. In addition, you can reach Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazaar in just 10 minutes by tram, this neighborhood remains one of Istanbul’s hidden gems. It was truly an amazing experience!

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Turkey was truly amazing! The location was super convenient—everywhere we wanted to go was just a short taxi ride away. Plus, taxis had no trouble finding the place, which made getting around a breeze. The house itself was spotless! You could tell the host took our request for cleanliness seriously. The place smelled fresh and looked immaculate. The host even provided extra towels, tissues, and bed sheets without any hesitation. The layout of the Airbnb was fantastic: three floors, each with its own bed and bathroom. This setup was perfect for our family, and it would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The privacy and convenience were top-notch. The ground floor had a billiard table, which was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). It was such a fun feature and gave the kids a great place to hang out while the adults relaxed. Finally, the host was incredibly accommodating. This was our first Airbnb check-in experience. And we were absolutely fascinated by Ivona and her hospitality!!! She is very responsive always in touch and ready to suggest excellent locations for walks!!! This is very valuable to us!!! We felt like we were home!!! The apartment itself is almost in the center about 7 minutes walk from the Palace and attractions, but in a quiet area is what you need for a great night's sleep!!! The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. A huge plus was the terrace, where we enjoyed dinner in the evening, enjoying the fresh air!!! Ivona helped us a lot and drove us early in the morning at 4 am to the airport, she helped us a lot!!! We will always remember her kindness! Ivona, thank you for your hospitality, you are very considerate, helpful and the best!!!!!!!!! Our whole family is delighted to you! We will definitely come back and explore the city!

Very well overall. In the beginning there was a small problem regarding the furnishings, this was immediately resolved within the same day and I was then able to work remotely on Monday. Since you also have to evaluate accommodations in dealing with emerging problems and this went quickly and without problems in the past, I can make a clear recommendation for the accommodation here! Beautiful, spacious house in a nice area of Istanbul. The ferry gets you to the center easily. We had an excellent stay!

Mr. İBRAHİM and his brother Berk were extremely interested, we responded quickly to our questions, the house was very clean, we were worried if it would be cold, but the temperature was sufficient. We were also happy that the location of the house was central, we had a very pleasant evening in the garden and hope to repeat it. We would also like to thank Mr. İBRAHİM and Mr. Berk very much.
