Vacation rentals with lake access in Black Sea

It is our second time staying at her place and this time, we even enjoyed the use of the fireplace! There were also clean towels and even linens for my kids who preferred to sleep on the convertible couches. The kitchen is also fully functional and has enough materials to use for cooking. We were also able to do barbecue for a couple of our meals.

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . In a nice location for those who are considering the sea and nature holiday together; we would like to thank the ifaze and wife, who takes care of the house and our neighbor, for their treats and nice conversations. We were greeted with a smiling face by hosts. We had a henna night and a stag party for our 6 teacher friends. It was an environment we enjoyed a lot. Very clean. Kitchen utensils were enough. Beds and linens were clean. The items were a quality. The temperature of the house and most importantly the temperature of the pool was very good. The pool was cozy even later in the night. It's a place to go from there.

You know that place that's a home away from home, where you have everything you need. That's precisely Galina's place. It's very peaceful and relaxing and, like everyone said, the hosts are extremely discreet. There's a big yard and an outdoor cozy sitting area. I absolutely loved the big kitchen and dishwasher. Keep in mind that the beach is not within walking distance so you would need a car. We recommend Kosmos beach that's not crowded at all and on the wild side. Lots of places to eat, especially in Krapets, a 10 min drive away. We will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. The host, Piotr, was incredibly kind and responsive — he answered all my questions quickly and even gave great recommendations for food and transportation in Batumi. The location was perfect and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for making my trip comfortable!

The apartment was clean and in a good condition, it was easy to check in and out. We asked for an earlier check in and host wrote to us as soon as the cleaning was done. Though Orbi is overall not a great place to stay at, this one was very nice. We liked the room and the host. Thanks a lot!

The apartment has a great view from the balcony. The 6th of May Park is a few minutes walk away. There are several great restaurants in different price ranges nearby. Levan was always in touch and ready to help.

Fantastic place to stay near Taksim! Incredibly pleasant ground-floor studio 2 blocks from main shopping street and bus stop. GREAT shower and clean, modern, compact place to stay. Mini-fridge and 2-burner stove top with all the kitchen storage space you could ever need. Large comfy bed. And convenient washer right in the space. I stayed just under 2 weeks and can hardly wait to return and stay again. Erfan was immediately availalbe for all communications. He worked with me on all check-in and check-out needs. A very gracious host. EXCELLENT value - can't beat the price for a beautiul space in the middle of everything. VERY HIGHLY recommend!!

Great location close to the park and the beach. A bit old, but clean and very cozy, it felt like at home right away. The small things that matter: cute plates and towels in the kitchen, slippers to walk around the house, food containers in the fridge and a comfortable mattress

We had an unforgettable stay at Ayse Hanim and Cemal Bey’s villa in Iznik. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us like family, filling the void of being away from loved ones. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. We even brought our dog, who enjoyed the spacious, tranquil surroundings as much as we did. This place provided more than just a stay—it gave us beautiful, lasting memories. Clean, quiet house not far from the sea

A place where you can be in touch with nature. The house had everything from a dishwasher to air conditioning. The view from Orhangazi- Iznik road to the house is also great. Iznik and Orhangazi districts are also quite close. For those who do not have private vehicles, public transportation vehicles are very close to the location of the house. The hot spring will be opened soon, and we were a little relaxed in the nearby little hot spring. I look forward to coming back.

Mr. Haluk was very interested, available at any time, and thought of every detail and prepared it in advance. There was nothing missing in the house. The kitchen supplies were sufficient. The house gets very warm after the stove is lit, he is completely helpful with these issues, so we did not have any cold problems. It's very quiet around and there were roads for hiking as well. You can sit in the garden and spend time by the fire, or you can enjoy and chat with the view upstairs. There is no grocery store nearby, you have to go by car so it needs to be prepared. The phone doesn't work much, but we don't mind, we come here to get away from them. I recommend it to everyone, have a nice one in advance. Footnote: get back out of the parking lot:)

We stayed for two nights. The host was very cooperative and responsive. She communicates with English which was good. there was minor notice which is the drainage plumbing in the shower room was very slow which resulted in a pool of water in the bathroom
