Many thanks to our host! Communication with her is easy and pleasant! The photos correspond to reality. The veranda has very good views of both the mountain and the sea. The bed is king size and very comfortable. All the conditions are there to have a good rest. The courtyard is very clean with pools. However, the food in the area is very good but very Expensive! l recomend marinas apartment.

Ibrahim was personable, helpful, and responsive. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed. A quiet and compact space, but may be a little difficult to work in or take work calls - some manoeuvring is required but it ultimately worked out for me. View from the rooftop was phenomenal; not too shabby either from the apartment balcony! Equipment in gym is a little old, but very comprehensive and kept clean.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Mr. Faruk was a very understanding and hospitable host. The house was immaculately clean, tidy and prepared with everything you could need in mind. It is in a peaceful location right in the heart of nature, the view was breathtaking. The evenings we spent by the fireplace were literally enjoyable and memorable. Vero was extremely helpful. The house was clean and tidy. the location perfect for exploring the Republic of Moldova. Chisinau or Oasis airport can both be reached quickly and easily. the pool is large and there is a beautiful view of the Moldovan hilly landscape. the grounds are fenced and camera monitored. the neighbors are very nice and friendly. All in all, we enjoyed the evenings on the terrace.

Family trip enjoyed our stay, quiet place, great amenities and fresh linens stocked, and beautiful. Restaurants very close and amazing walkability to take photos by the sea.

Place is just great. Freshly renovated apartment with everything you could need. Even though there is no sea view - 13 th floor views are still amazing. The host is very helpful and friendly - always responds within 15 minutes:) great place!

I stayed here for the fair I attended about my work and I really loved it. I used the transfer services when I came home from the airport and it was really useful in terms of time. The house was clean and tidy. The coffee maker was a nice detail. It is located in a very central place, transportation was very easy. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming with everything. This is an easy review. This rental is like staying in a nice hotel room, but with a kitchen. It's new (or new-looking), comfortable, and convenient. Very good price value. And the owner is professional and helpful. In short, I had a good time here.
