Enjoy the 2 bikes, beach chairs & boogie boards. Neighbors have been doing construction for over a year on their home so there is still some noise on occasion, but they don't seem to work many days of the week.

Surf Studio is on our family occupied property in Pacific Beach, 2 blocks from Crown Pt. Shores Park on Mission Bay, where miles of bike paths lead to the beach and around the bay. Near Mission Bay Golf, Sea World, shopping and restaurants. Surf Studio is on the ground floor of a 5 unit apt building behind our house. We offer off street parking for 4 vehicles. If a larger apt doesn't have a car, you may be able to park on the lot. Street parking is also available.
