Jeff and Amador have really done a fabulous job make this apartment warm and beautiful. And they were so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The building, and location were first class. The view of the church out the living room window was a plus!

John is so friendly and responsive. Also reply very fast and very accommodating! The apartment is very clean and the view is awesome! Had a good time at the game room downstairs. The pool looks nice, but it was windy during our stay, so we did not use the pool much during the stay. Hope we could catch the game season as we should be able to see the game clearly from the apartment! Thanks very much, John!

Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

I stayed here for a conference. Very walkable location to convention center and close to lots of restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Would definitely stay here again!

I can’t even count how many times we’ve stayed here! Love this spot. 10/10 will always recommend to anyone coming into San Diego. SD local so we’re aware of the downtown lifestyle, just needed a mid-week getaway! I WFH so fast, reliable wifi was a must and I had no issues here. Everything was exactly as stated! This spot never misses, and we love staying at KK’s spot. Hosts were extremely responsive when we needed them, and I can’t say enough good things about them!

The view was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach. The bed was super comfortable, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Upon arrival, someone was parked in our designated spot, but the front desk was quick to respond and provided an alternative with no hassle. Overall, everything was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

I was very happy staying at Erica’s place. A very clean, well furnished apartment/ condo. With a cozy bed, lots extra blankets. Easy check-in. It’s a v nice area of San Diego and it was 7 mins from my conference at Scripps.

Judith made the whole process seamless, from check-in to check-out. The space was perfect for our needs and centrally located for all of our planned activities. We would definitely book this space again when we visit San Diego. An added bonus was early check-in. The only recommendation would be a small trash container in the bathroom. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed with everything we might need.

Absolutely stunning place — even better than the photos! We stayed here from March 29 to April 9, and everything about this condo was perfect. The space was spotless, stylish, and homey — you could tell the host put a lot of care into every detail. From high-end appliances to thoughtful touches like power strips, cleaning supplies, even a stapler — everything we needed was there. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine, which was a classy and much-appreciated gesture. Reza, the host, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and patient. I had a few schedule changes coming from Saudi, and he accommodated us every step of the way, including granting us early check-in. He also gave us a heads-up about scheduled elevator maintenance in the building — proactive communication like that goes a long way. Even after we checked out, he continued to help when I thought I left my sunglasses behind. The building is in Little Italy on the 15th floor, and the views are just unreal. Nothing could’ve

Thomas was a good host. Although it took us a while to connect, once we connected, he was very responsive. Overall good experience, though the watered down soap was a bit weird. Parking was expensive but that’s the area. Would recommend to anyone staying in Gaslamp.

Excellent location, with steps down to the beach at the edge of the complex. Very walkable to restaurants. Enjoyed it and would recommend.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

This place is super. The location cannot be beat. Little Italy is the most walkable neighborhood in San Diego and this place is not smack dab in the middle, so not too loud or difficult traffice, but in the heart of it so that in minutes you can walk to the heart of everything. Apartment set up was perfect for us with, in effect, two master bedrooms. We lived here for a few months. It has a great kitchen and we spent loads of time on the balcony, enjoying the city vibe and great view. We were worried it would be loud as we're used to living in a house but the neighbors were super quiet and friendly. Nick was the best. Always responded right away and very proactive communication whenever there was some activity happening at the complex or in the neighborhood. Very highly recommend this place!

Sharon is a great host. She was always watchful that we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. House is amazing. Pictures dont fully describe how beautiful the house is. Full kitchen utensils. Bedrooms, Bathroom, everything complete like if you were home. Amazing outdoor area to excercise, spend time at the pool, jacuzzi, even working/reading. Great bbq area, awesome grill. Lots of pool and beach toys! Dont think twice about renting this place! Cant wait to go back next holidays.

We had such a great stay here! The hot tub and pool were total highlights — we ended up spending way more time just hanging out and relaxing than we expected. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day out. The location is awesome too. Super close to everything we wanted to do in San Diego — beaches, restaurants, the zoo, all of it was just a short drive away. It made getting around super easy. Also, the host was fantastic — super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question, which made everything really smooth and stress-free. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

Diana was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond for us. The house is beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 10 including 4 young kids. They have all the essential baby amenities like crib, high chair and gates. House was spacious and little ones had lots of room to run around walkable to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Jack and Sydney's place is fantastic. If you have the opportunity to book a stay, highly recommend it. Excellent hosts in a prime location.

A great stay, the home was ideal for our needs and well appointed. Outdoor spaces were a highlight with a sunny front yard for breakfast and comfortable, spacious and private backyard for late afternoon. Good location for access to Balboa park. The neighborhood is nice for walking to store, shops or coffee.

The house is clean, spacious, and has great decorations. We find it comfortable to stay in Lawrence's house. The host was also very nice and called us to ask whether there was anything we needed to make our experience better. However, there are about 10 high stairs to the front entrance, which is not ideal for people who have difficulty climbing stairs or young children. It is not a big deal for us, but we do have a toddler, so we need to be extra careful to get in and out of the house. The kitchen would benefit from having an electric kettle, so getting hot drinks (tea, instant coffee) would be easier.

Lizette’s place was nothing short of perfect for our San Diego weekend! Close enough to drive or uber to any malls or gaslamp district, and a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The backyard was clean and so nice to sit for a bonfire or sunny day with cornhole. House was spotless and I look forward to staying again!
