We had such a lovely stay! The place was perfectly situated right by the water, which made for the most peaceful mornings and beautiful views. It was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed—especially the well-equipped kitchen, which was great for cooking a few meals in. Everything was just right for our little vacation. Would absolutely stay again!

I highly recommend staying at Alison’s place. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and ocean, with great local restaurants and it’s easy to get around to other parts of Vancouver. Her place is very clean and well laid out. It is a vacation in and of itself to stay in and just enjoy the accommodation! Alison was also very flexible and responsive as a host - thank you for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ginny and Gary’s lake house. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it had a lovely view of the lake. It was a great launching point to go see the Skagit Valley tulip festival!

We stayed for 9 nights and it was exactly what we were expecting in a city stay. The apartment had all the basics, there’s a grocery store less than one block away, the amenities were great, and the neighborhood felt quite safe too. Parking was secure but tight for my mid-sized truck but that’s to be expected in a parkade. Many thanks!

Easy access to the heart of dt Vancouver. If you’re going over for an event or conference then this location will be perfect. Easy instructions with secure parking, you’ll be happy you’ve stayed here.

I had a peaceful night sleep The weather was not good during my stay too much rain But the cozy little studio apartment was fine .

Wonderful stay ! Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the city and water !! Apartment was clean and comfortable. The parking is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle we had a jeep and it was a bit snug other then that it was great

We stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday (5 of us in total), and it was perfect. The place was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Sim was friendly, responsive, and super helpful throughout our stay. The home had everything we were looking for: a large kitchen, an open-concept dining and living area, and stunning ocean views from every bedroom. We especially enjoyed the BBQ and fire pit, and with the ocean just steps away, we ended up going for a dip every day. Everything went smoothly and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

This place is super cute! My family of four stayed there for a couple nights and it was perfect for what we needed. Very cozy and comfortable! Sitting in the jacuzzi on a chilly day looking out over the river was transcendent. Oh, and the king bed was super comfortable. Also loved all the Pendleton blankets, towels, and robe/Pancho's! It's worth noting that this isn't a super spacious place. Nowhere really to stash luggage. Small bathroom. None of that was unexpected or a problem for us. Also, the wifi was a little slow. In order to watch a movie on our ipad we had to download it because streaming didn't well and it took ~15 minutes to download. Again, not really a problem, but downloading in advance would have been helpful.

Lots of space for a family. Loved having two living room areas to allow everyone to have space. Kitchen has everything you could require without needless clutter. Patio would be lovely in the summer! Beds were comfortable, linens excellent, and house had a great view. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Words cannot describe how special this place is. We were lucky enough to stay for almost a month, and the house and beach just kept on giving. The space has an incredible view out to the Salish sea, and we watched a parade of herons, bald eagles, and numerous other seabirds from the front deck. The house is equipped with everything you need and more, full of whimsy and fun art supplies, games, the best blankets and comforters ever, and two cozy fireplaces. The photos do not do the house justice; it's huge and modern, open plan, but with lots of private sitting spaces. Dawn and Zach are the kindest, most wonderful hosts. There's a reason the Sunset house has hundreds of rave reviews. If you have a chance to book it, don't hesitate.

The house had great accommodations and it being right on the water was absolutely perfect. It was so peaceful and serene, wish we could have stayed longer.

Echo everyone else’s reviews and then some! Stacey’s place is a gem. The setting is stunning, so private. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated with lots of interesting artwork and books. It’s a real home that clearly has been well loved. We were a little concerned about the trains as we’ve camped at Larrabee State Park before. We didn’t really notice them during the day and at night for those sleeping in the downstairs bedrooms. We put the heavy sleepers in the first floor bedrooms! The house, setting, and the reasonable price compensated for any disturbance. We’ll definitely be back with kayaks, Dot Island was calling! The perfect place for a long-weekend getaway with the family. We purposefully choose homes with beautiful surroundings, amenities, and well-stocked kitchen as everyone in the family likes to cook. This beautiful home delivered on all fronts. We will definitely be back!

Such a special location -- a great starting point for exploring all of Vancouver. The SeaBus terminal is only a short walk away, which puts you downtown Vancouver, and being in North vancouver was great for outside of the city explorations. The place is cozy and thoughtful and Claire was very responsive with answers to our questions and suggestions. It took us a little while to get used to the floating component, so if you are easily seasick this might not be the place for you.

Birch Bay is great, there home is excellent.

Kelli's place and hosting exceeded expectations. She was communicative, friendly, got clear instructions and quick responses to us, and checked in during our week stay to make sure we had what we needed. The place was super clean, warm, with several places to cozy up with our grandkids who came over for a visit; parking, entry, getting settled was easy. We could stare at the bay from the living room or the covered patio; going for beach walks was as easy as crossing the street. The comfortable bed and spacious closet suited us perfectly for our 7 night stay. It had all the kitchen accessories we needed for the week. An example of Kelli's superhosting: when we arrived, we noticed one lightbulb out in the bathroom, hardly an issue. I messaged her so she could fix it (even if she did so after we left, again, it was not a bother) - within an hour the bulb was replaced. We have stayed several places when visiting our kids in Blaine and none of them suited us as well as Kelli's place.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Iman’s place. He was incredibly communicative and accommodating- even greeting us upon arrival. The location can’t be beat - right on Beach Ave - a 5 min walk to Granville Island ferry, stunning walk along the beach to West End, easy walk to DT. Cute restaurants in the neighborhood and a great grocery store nearby. Iman provided fantastic local recommendations. Our favorite part was the outdoor space - wraparound patios with views of the harbor. I could hardly tear myself away! Apt is comfy and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay. Would definitely recommend!

Angie was great, she's very responsive and helpful, her instructions were on point. The unit had a great view of False Creek and Science World. Rogers Arena is across the street, BC Place is a few blocks away.

We enjoyed our stay in this very well appointed condo. It is in walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended.

It was such a beautiful stylish cosy apartment. Was very central to everything and the view was spectacular. Lovely looking over the harbour and close to great walking and biking tracks around the harbour. We had a wonderful stay.
