Beachfront vacation rentals in Birch Bay

Great home! Has most of the things that you need and great views that you get from the main room/ loft! We would love to stay again in this place again!  Hosts Jon and Marci also are highly communicative and have a good taste for elevated casual beach house decors! Well-kept home and liked their books, games + also well-equipped kitchen. The lower bedroom has its own loft like a cozy nook to sleep/ hang out. It is so cute! Amenities were almost like a hotel - only better! Highly recommend it! :) 

Perfect little condo for our weekend getaway as a family of four plus our pup. Our kids (4 and 6) loved the bunk bed and access to the pool. The other room is a loft room so it’s a bit bright in the morning. The condo had great decor, and all the necessary items. It was a great home base for a couple nights!

Our recent stay at this amazing house, hosted by the absolutely wonderful Gramma Rikki, was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed breathtaking views and easy access to all the island's treasures. Whether we wanted to explore the vibrant town, hike scenic trails, or simply relax and soak in the tranquility, everything was conveniently within reach. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality of Gramma Rikki. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests, and we truly appreciated their warm and welcoming spirit. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the island. Such a wonderful week spent on Point Roberts! Heather’s place is extremely quaint and peaceful. The larger house was not occupied at the time of our stay, which made it feel even more private! So many places to explore with the most stunning sunsets from the beach.

We were very grateful for Yuri’s detailed notes regarding finding the condo, getting in, being extra careful about all the tree sap, etc. We especially loved his descriptions of the local restaurants, sights and activities!!! We followed his recommendations and had excellent meals and adventures. The place is filled with his wife’s incredible art. We both feel renewed from our week on Orcas Island!

Host is so friendly and responsive! Absolutely loved how close we were to the beach. Such a cute place to relax! We appreciated the many recommendations around town😊

Great spot for a girls weekend. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby and walkable. The place felt safe, secure and the view of the ocean was a bonus. Lovely spot - hope to visit again :)

Fantastic host. Perfect place for a short stay in Vancouver. Convenient location. The flat has everything one needs for a comfortable short visit to Vancouver.

My son loved his stay! At the last minute, I was unable to join, but my son and his girlfriend said the location was stunning, cabin was beautiful, and overall experience was excellent. I wish I could have made it but we’ll try again in the future. The staff was so great to communicate with. A++ all around!!

This cottage was truly delightful. Peaceful and quiet and just what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots/pans and bowls for cooking. The deck and beach access and proximity to the marina were all key. We were able to bring our small, well-behaved dog and found lots of nice walking routes. The only thing folks should know is that the couple of restaurant options within walking distance are closed M-T, so you will need to plan to have groceries or to drive to East Sound for more food options. Overall, lovely stay in a peaceful environment.

This place is fantastic. It was wonderful getting a front row seat to the waves from right in the living room. We loved walking out just the couple of steps to the beach and hunting for sea glass and agate. Had fun playing a bit of tennis right across the street from the house. Beds were super comfy and cozy. Bit far from stores, but it was really nice being somewhat away from civilization in such a peaceful area. This stay was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. We would love to come back one day!

What a fun adventure and Island. I was nervous about booking and coordinating a charter and ride to the house, but Ramy and Island Express were easy to communicate with and have clear instruction. Ramy met us and helped us on arrival too. We even booked a spontaneous charter to Orcas Island for the day and both Ramy and Island Charter made that easy and possible! The location has amazing views and the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed running and walking the island without running into many cars or people, it was very peaceful. The library was my favorite, and the golf course was fun. Both easy to walk to from the house. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t get bored. Ramy was kind enough to let us use her car to see more of the island and to let us take it to the ramp to go to Orcas. Thank you for being a great host! Oh, and if you walk by the big ying yang gate at the neighbors down the road, ring the bell as the sign asks you to! That was definitely a little adventure on its own.

Thoughtful, simple decor that let us feel at home and left ample room for out stuff. Firm memory foam queen bed upstairs; twin beds downstairs probably best left to children. Stunning views with loads of sun and sometimes serious glare inside due to no curtains. Bring slippers, tile floors are pretty cold. Kitchen was great - full marks on pots, utensils, dishes and open cupboard space. Grounds and dock were lovely such that we felt comfortable walking around barefoot. Area was quiet. East side of the lake seems way more chill than the west. Worth the extra drive time. Overall great place - would love to come back!

We had the best time at your cabin! The energy/vibes were on point. We loved the use of the kayaks and paddle board (though it was chilly water in April!). It’s a private place that is set up perfectly in decor but also in extra (potentially helpful) information. We’d definitely stay again!

We LOVED our time here! Such a perfect house in the most gorgeous area. Aslan was so kind and helpful with all my annoying questions haha. It was a perfect spot for our first family vacation with our 8 month old!

Jim and Sue are outstanding hosts who go above and beyond to ensure their guests are taken care of. Their air bnb was a clean, cozy and peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The sunset beach walks were stunning. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the kindness and compassion they shared during our difficult circumstances. We feel very blessed that we had a comfortable and safe place to land and are so grateful for the accommodations you were able to provide throughout our stay. Many, many thanks.

Wonderful place, Wonderful hosts, Wonderful Stay. Steve and Carol are the warmest and kindest hosts ever. The house was also amazing - historic, great water views, and just comfortable all around. We would definitely consider staying again in the future.

One of my favorite places on earth!! We’ve been to Gudrun’s twice now and it’s just lovely 😊 couldn’t recommend her place enough!

We stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday (5 of us in total), and it was perfect. The place was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Sim was friendly, responsive, and super helpful throughout our stay. The home had everything we were looking for: a large kitchen, an open-concept dining and living area, and stunning ocean views from every bedroom. We especially enjoyed the BBQ and fire pit, and with the ocean just steps away, we ended up going for a dip every day. Everything went smoothly and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Obsidian, Lynn and Brad’s amazing home, was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! The view of the ocean is so serene and peaceful—it instantly puts you at ease. The house itself is spotless, super comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. You can truly just show up and relax. Lynn and Brad were so easy to communicate with and clearly just want you to have the best time. Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in—can’t wait to come back!

This wonderful home is fully stocked and has beautiful views. The owners have taken great care to make their home feel like a relaxing retreat. We hope to visit again soon.

I've hardly ever written a review for a rental, but I'm writing one for this house because it was really wonderful. We received nice, clear instructions on how to find the house plenty ahead of time. The house was perfectly clean, and all the furniture and kitchen items were in very good condition. The porch is very large and has a wonderful view, and one is right on the water on a perfect little pebble beach. We also liked the more general location very much; in particular the house is about 1.5 miles from the English Camp Park, which was very nice for a run.

Echo everyone else’s reviews and then some! Stacey’s place is a gem. The setting is stunning, so private. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated with lots of interesting artwork and books. It’s a real home that clearly has been well loved. We were a little concerned about the trains as we’ve camped at Larrabee State Park before. We didn’t really notice them during the day and at night for those sleeping in the downstairs bedrooms. We put the heavy sleepers in the first floor bedrooms! The house, setting, and the reasonable price compensated for any disturbance. We’ll definitely be back with kayaks, Dot Island was calling! Thank you so much Stacey and family for sharing such an incredible place.

We truly loved our stay in the beautiful, secluded location. It couldn’t have gone any better. Don & Kathy are wonderful hosts and made us feel right home.
