Beautiful large seaside villa perfectly located in the village. Quiet location. Set between famous white village Binibeca Vell (400m) and Binibeca beach (700m). Sea bathing platforms in front of the villa (150m). Brand new kitchen! with wooden cabinets and modern appliances (just renovated for 2024 season). New and silent AC (installed 2022). Large sunny pool, one of the largest in all Binibeca area (9m long, 39sqm, with a shallow side for little ones to play). Pool is not fenced. SmartTV
