Superb! Highly recommend. The host is super helpful in everything. The place is very nice, close to the mall, supermarket and many restaurants as well as parks. The area is very clean and modern. This was one of the best AIRBNB experiences we ever had. I will seek to rent this place anytime I am back in HMC.

"We had a fantastic stay! The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. We had all the perfect amenities I could ask for. The pool was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive, answering any questions within minutes. Perfect for families, group trip etc. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

This is my third Airbnb stay with Helen, and once again, everything was excellent. Each apartment has been clean, just as pictured, and easy to access. Helen communicates well and was quick to assist with questions—whether it was about luggage storage, using the aircon, or other small details that helped make my stay smooth and productive. The apartment is conveniently close to the main shopping centre, though there are fewer food and convenience options nearby compared to other areas with GS25 stores or street vendors. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will definitely book with Helen again.

My stay at The Metropole Residences was absolutely amazing! The property is beautifully designed, combining luxury with comfort. The apartment was spacious, modern, and fully equipped, making it feel like home. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful despite being in a central location. The staff was outstanding—friendly and attentive. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. We stayed in Natalie’s studio for 2 weeks whilst in HCMC and would more than happily stay here again. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the apartment has everything you’d need for a long or short stay. WiFi is rapid, bed is comfy, shower is great - couldn’t ask for anything more 😊 There’s a WinMart and a 7/11 right outside the complex and plenty of great food options nearby. Communication with Natalie was faultless and she did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. All in all, a perfect little apartment and we’d come back no questions asked!

Jessie was an amazing host and super responsive! I absolutely loved everything about my stay here. I felt right at home and appreciated the privacy and security of the home. In terms of location, this place is super ideal! It was easy to get the central district 1, 2 and not too far from district 3. If I return I would definitely stay with Jessie again :) thank you for a wonderful week

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Thus was a very hospitable Host, who at the last minute was able to help me as my surgery was delayed, another couple of days. and though I did have to move rooms, I did not have to change hotels which was extremely convenient. She also had the staff wash my clothes, not having a washer on the new room, she made every effort to keep me happy and make my stay perfect it's the little things that mean so much! Thank you Thuý!!

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

We felt really comfortable in the apartment. It was as described and we had no issues. There were good restaurants around the corner and the sights were quickly accessible.
