Great value for money. Location is very good, many shops nearby, district is very expat friendly and has a large selection of restaurants, patisseries and coffee shops. Mall nearby as well, walking distance. Quiet area, a rare find in busy Saigon.

We were not able to stay because of work. But Nathalie was a perfect host

Steve was an excellent host. He moved heaven and earth to get us into the apartment when we were earlier than expected. Simple, stylish and spotlessly clean. Loved the super comfortable bed with quality bed linen and soft bedside lighting. Great location, easily walkable to all our favorite foodie places. Thanks Steve!

Great accomodation. the area is kind of local, so lots of places to eat and cafes and really quiet during the night. the host has been very helpfull, always ready to reply and helped me in everything i needed. very recomended!

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

Honest review. Property needs some revamping such as new curtains and couch. Bathroom and living room needed cleaning when I first arrived on the property. What I liked was cleaning was sent right away when I needed it. I’d say property needs to work on giving a good first impression. Other than that, property was good and is located in a great location. Beautiful view of Landmark 81 and great food and drink places all around. Host’s team was very responsive and helpful. Only reason why I gave 5 stars is because of the team’s responsiveness and the view and location of the property. I would stay again if cleanliness was better. Im sure host and her team will work on that based on the hard work and responsiveness they shown.

We really enjoyed our stay here. What we liked best was the convenient location, as we were able to walk to almost wherever we needed to go. Also, there was a big supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City.

This spacious two-bedroom apartment features a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both short and extended stays. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the Thao Dien metro station, making it easy to get to Landmark 81 or District 1. Thuy was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

i had a good stay here. Everything during my stay was fine. The location is good, close to D1 and D2. Pros were the view, the gym, close to stores and cafe in the building complex.

We were absolutely captivated by the stunning views from our cozy spot on the 26th floor! Not only that, but the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Conveniently located on the ground level were a pharmacy, coffee shop, 7/11, and Winmart. Countless restaurants were within walking distance, and we could easily reach Bui Vein Walking street with just a 10-minute stroll. Our stay was a warm, friendly, and seamless experience, thanks to the host's responsiveness.

Minh's apartment was in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. A short walk to Ben Thanh Market as well. The city views are spectacular at this location, especially at night. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 7 during our stay. Thank you!

I loved staying in Trung’s apartment. It is very well maintained, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for exploring the area around Thao Dien, very near to great restaurants, a shopping mall as well as a convenience store. Also an easy, short cab ride to district 1. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoy staying at Tracy's place. Tracy is very proactive and promptly response. Tracy is very helpful and goes beyond if need. thanks Tracy. we will lpve to come back to her places again.

Stayed there in the month of June of 2025 The place is very safe. Security is always around . I stayed at the studio apartment for 10 days and loved every day there. There's a key fob for the elevator and a key for your room. Also security cameras are in the hall way and the pool is nice. The AC system is awesome you'll definetly stay cool inside. The place is close to plenty of places to get food fast and also it's close to tourist spots Im actually considering going back again in a few months. I rate the place a 5 star place I have not one complaint about this place. Also taxi cab drivers get to this area fast. If your coming from America etc remember to download the Grab app to order a driver etc by app. You'll save alot of money on cab fare. It's used by millions here. Also check out the resturant connected to the building . The food and tea is great there 👍. This area is safe for taking walks . Owners allowed me to get an early check in also Robert R. This apartment is located extremely near airport, which is a very convenient for travellers who are leaving Ho Chi Minh. Overall, the host is responsive and helpful, answering questions well within 10 minutes. And the apartment is very clean. Will recommend!
