Beautiful place and a great location.

Kathy's is the ideal spot for folks who want to be close, but not too, to downtown for its activities and dining etc. We enjoyed at the end of the day, sitting on her deck and just watching the lake and mountains. Clean and well kept, the house is very livable. We'll certainly look to see if Kathy's is available when next we visit Anchorage.

There aren’t adequate words to say for Troy’s place! It is amazingly beautiful and relaxing. He has done an excellent job of decorating and proving necessities for a stay. The beds were very comfortable. Be easy with the heat… it feels amazing on my feet (floor heated) but it will warm up very well… cools off slowly. I just wished I had planned on staying longer. Definitely #1 on our list.

A very beautiful home by the lakeside. It has spectacular views of the mountians. Very cozy and comfortable with all the requirements a family would need. My husband, who does all the cooking, claimed it was one of the best kitchen he had seen so far. Our 8 year loved the Playstation that was made available. Strongly recommend Ryan's home to anyone who wants to spend quality family time. Ryan was very responsive to all our queries. He even gave us good recommendations for our winter activities and they were spot on. We will definitely stay here when we visit Anchorage again.

This Airbnb was simply perfect. Well appointed, spacious, with a nice back deck overlooking a small area of water (the bird watching was awesome). The 3 bathrooms are all equipped with bidet toilets and the beds were so very comfortable. Sharon was the best hostess - very communicative and polite. I wish we had stayed at Sharon’s the entire time we were in Alaska instead of breaking up our stay at two different airbnbs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine-in. You will surely love this Airbnb.

Most expensive but biggest and nicest Airbnb around. This is our second time here because we liked it so much. No snow in March this year but we ice skated and biked.

What a great place to stay with great access to Kincaid Park. The house is really nice and has comfortable furniture and beds. There are nice common areas to hang out in, and a well equipped kitchen.

Fantastic view of the frozen lake from the deck! We thought winter there would be boring and covered with white snow, but we were wrong. The iced lake reflected beautiful blue shade when sunrise and sunset. It is Amazing! We enjoyed our entire time staying at the property. From the windows of open spaces living room and dining room and from the deck, we can see open beautiful lake view. The house is big, beautiful, open spaces and by the beautiful lake. Feeling of welcome when we first stepped in. The house is very clean. We had everything that we needed there. Owner provided quality materials to use. Host Rebekah is very nice. She responded to our questions within a short period of time. A plus that I would giving for this house is the water came from the refrigerator tasted better than most other the water bottled. We appreciated water source in AK vs. CA I wish I could stay there longer. Definitely will come back.

Overall an awesome experience. I forgot to reach out and see if we could check in a little early, since our flight landed around 1, and as soon as the plane hit ground they’d already reached out & asked when we’d be checking in. They pulled the grill out of the way when wind warnings got super high, and even reached out when we forgot a jacket & offered to mail it. Luckily, we hadn’t left town yet & they put it on the grill outside for an easy pickup. They offered to let us stay longer if needed, since we were in town for a family emergency, just overall a nice place & really good people. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Anchorage! It was spacious, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was quick and easy, which we really appreciated. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in town. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! If you’re looking for a local getaway, look no further than this home is lakefront with tons of amenities! Our host cody, went so above and beyond to prepare this home for our stay. He was able to have a pack and play for us and knowing we were traveling with little ones, he baby proofed the home so we literally had nothing at all to worry about. His proactive attention to detail, thoughtfulness and perfectly appointed cabin made this weekend getaway so memorable for our family. We left a few items behind and he went out of his way to ensure the items got back to us. I cannot recommend this property enough. Summer, winter or anytime in between- this home has something to enjoy for everyone! Big thank you to Cody for all the care you took for our stay, and for preparing such a beautiful home and property and opening it up for guests to enjoy. This is the third cabin of the hosts Kathy and Martin this summer I’ve had the chance to stay in! This one, like the others was perfectly clean, beautiful and homey. I absolutely love staying on this property and highly recommend to anyone visiting Alaska! Well worth it- the view, solitude and gorgeous private lake are always keeping me at peace. Everything was beyond expectations! The home was beautiful, views exceptional, plenty to do even for children. Large enough so everyone had their privacy & space. I would definitely rent this home again!

I am in town on work, and I needed to continue/extend my stay. They were kind enough to allow me to re-book and continue to stay at this location. Always answer promptly should I have a concern or question, and very friendly. Great time. No stress.

The Airbnb was perfect for us and our friends for a night away! We were happy with the location and the amenities provided. The kitchen is well stocked and instructions were clear and simple. The twin beds are next to the furnace downstairs (which is blocked off by a room divider) so it’s a little noisy but didn’t disturb our sleep. We would recommend staying here!
