Monthly Rentals in Big Gull Lake

Had an amazing time staying at Dee’s place. It was nice and cozy, super clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The lake nearby is also very beautiful.

Maxine's Cedar Retreat was exactly the nostalgic and authentic cottage experience we were looking for. The camp site is just lovely and includes a large campfire gathering area, a clean sandy beach, and dock into the lake. She has all the fun toys you'd ever need to keep everyone entertained. The main cottage was very comfortable and had several little escape areas for folks looking to read or just relax. The beds were comfortable and there was amble space for the 7 of us. Simple joys like hanging laundry to dry helped to bring the feeling of this magical place back to 1987. This is exactly what a cottage experience should be! Wonderful host. Don't hesitate to book.

Great location from the GTA, quiet location and close to Bon Echo Provincial park. The walk to the water is not far but there are a few hills to think about if carrying bags chairs etc. the cottage has everything f we needed for a weekend outdoors!
