Vacation rentals with a patio in Big Bear Lake

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

Would highly reccomend, heres my pros and cons +Place was really nice +++ 2 minute walk from the slopes + at a good pricepoint in comparison to the other places nearby. + clean + quiet area -outdoor parking (put chains on your car beforehand if you know you need to leave the next day in snowy weather) -somewhat hard to find in the complex -floors are thin -heat is slow to turn on -master bed wasn't made

Walking distance to the slopes. You don't need to worry about parking. Perfect for a family vacation. We returned for lunch so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant. The apartment is clean and uncluttered. The host is very responsive, and accommodating. Recommend the space.

The apartment was in a great location, quiet, safe, close access to interstate and lots of grocery stores and shopping. It was clean and had enough space for us two adults. The large closet was so nice as we had plenty of room for our luggage. There was no problem finding the subdivision; it was just a challenge at first finding the correct apartment, but Simon responded and helped with that. We like to cook our own meals when we travel and the kitchen was adequate for that. We also loved that we could do our laundry as well.

Location was awesome and Jasmin is an attentive and awesome hostess!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

This place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway to Oak Glen. Even in the off season there was enough to do and check out. The apartment was the perfect size for me and my husband’s Valentine’s gataway. I’d definitely come back (maybe during the fall so we can try apple picking) and stay here to enjoy the scenery and small town vibes.

This was a perfect spot for me and my friends, the pictures matched exactly what you’ll be walking into. It was very spacious and clean. host is extremely kind and communicative, i would definitely recommend staying here.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves it. The photos don’t do it justice — it’s more beautiful, cozy, and stylish in person. The host gave clear directions, but here’s a tip: once you reach the address, drive up the small uphill path — at night, it’s marked by two glowing red lights. You’ll know you’re close. Inside, the house has everything for 6+ people: fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, dishes, wine glasses, plus Alexa speakers in almost every room so you can set the mood anywhere. You literally don’t need to bring a thing. There’s also a projector, pool table, games, nothing beats the sound of vinyl, Man cave huge bar, and… a piano! We all discovered our kids can’t play, but now they want to 😂 And the “Shag Den”? No words. Just go. It’s genius. You’ve never seen anything like it. Huge thanks to the host — your place, your energy, your taste made our weekend amazing. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Will 100% be coming back.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the air hockey table and were pleasantly surprised with a play structure in the large backyard. The house is very rustic, and matches the pictures shown. There is only 1 full bath which is downstairs but it worked fine for us. We had everything we needed, and although very close to the village, the street was nice and quiet. We would for sure stay again. The host was very proactive and responsive to all our needs!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Tina’s place! The home is so thoughtfully designed—stylish, cozy, and full of charm. The view of the golf course with mountains on either side was stunning, especially at sunset from the jacuzzi (which was clean and new). We loved the trail access right across the street, and the whole space felt peaceful and relaxing. Everything was spotless, well-stocked, and the heating and airflow were perfect for changing temps. The string lights out front added such a magical touch. Tina was amazing—super kind, helpful, and went out of her way to accommodate us getting in to her place early after a last-minute switch from another Airbnb. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. Would 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to come back! Thank you Tina!

Recommend this beautiful home if you are looking for some time to relax and enjoy with family. Great location. Close to market, bakery, restaurants, and shops. Very spacious. Jasmine was an awesome host and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely book again in the future.

Yuiri’s place was perfect for my wife and I and our dog for a quick two day visit to Big Bear. Backyard was great for our dog to run around and the jacuzzi was a nice treat as well. Inside space was great for the two of us and would be fine for one family or two couples. Maximum occupancy is eight and that would be a tight space. Overall, recommend highly for 2-4 days.

Beautiful home. My family and I love Big Bear. We make it a yearly tradition to celebrate the hubby’s bday here with family and friends. My favorite part of the house is the spacious kitchen/living room/dining area. It’s beautiful. Also, the host/cohosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns that were brought up, which we did appreciate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The kitchen was really well-stocked, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The variety of children's toys and games was a huge bonus—our kids loved them so much that they hardly asked for screen time during our stay! The only issue was that the maintenance team forgot to leave paper towels, bathroom tissue, and dish sponges, but Mary Grace was incredibly responsive and quickly provided everything we needed. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Second time coming to big bear and so far haven’t gotten any bad experiences. For this specific occasion, my family and I had a great time with this rental. The cabin felt safe and comfortable, had such a great time and will be coming back again.

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

We had a great time staying at Leanne’s apartment - the place has a beautiful view and lakefront access, and is a short walk away from the Village shops & restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived!

The location was clean, quiet and convenient to the Village and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is to leave the house number. It was a little confusing to get in because there are two lock boxes. I wasn't sure where the other one to get in was because you need to open the screen door to get to it. I wasn't sure if I was trying to get into a completely different place. Andrew was however very quick to reply to my questions and we got in without any more issues. The place is well furnished and really comfortable to be in. Dining and convenient stores are very close. Felt very cozy there. The place was clean and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for hosting my group and I, Andrew.

Nice place to stay in Lake Arrowhead Village. Loved the fireplace and the ala membership card so you could get on the docks and walk the shoreline trail. We would stay there again!

The condo / townhouse was very clean and organized. The best part is proximity to the slopes and not having to get in the car to go ski. Come back for lunch and a rest before an afternoon session. Well equipped kitchen, clean linens and towels and plenty of sleeping space for us 4. There were some basic spices and cooking oil and minor point, I suggest you bring dish soap and dishwasher detergent if you are planning on using the kitchen much. All in all a delightful stay and somewhere we would definitely return too. Bring

I have to say, this AirBnb was the best I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot for work so I stay in a lot of AirBnb’s. This one was a mini vacation for myself and the family, but it was by far the cleanest and nicest one, and it’s next to everything literally walking distance. My family and I will be definitely booking this one every year when we go to Lake Arrowhead! Highly Highly recommend!
