House vacation rentals in Biesanz Beach

We had a great time! The place was in a private and relax condo, really close to the beach, and the area was not crowded!

Used the Casa Heron from AirBnB booking. AMAZING!! Stay here!! The house is beautiful. The pool is perfect. The management and staff are great. It's very local to Quepos or Manuel Antonio. Getting here, keep an eye out for the entrance sign. It's kind of hidden. However there is a large fountain out front and several "Spa" signs, if that helps! We also were greeted by Capuchin Monkeys one early evening and one early morning!

It was very cozy and especially a place to rest. We felt right at home and everything was super tidy and thought out to the smallest detail, the kitchen was super-equipped and the pool was perfect

We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was magical and sitting outside was relaxing. We saw so many animals while staying there and the kids loved the pool! We had a grocery store and Soda walking distance away. Antonio was a gem. He did not speak English but he made sure everything was pristine. He is a true gem and willing to help direct parking and open the gate for us Some tips to help others….everything here is similar to the states. No suicide showers and lots of power plugs. Really the only issue we had is the upper bedrooms were too light and it gets bright early. Wasn’t a huge problem for us because we got up early to do activities while it was cool. We loved our stay! This place has ALL of the Pura Vida vibes.

We love Bejuco as a family, it is central, beautiful, the condominium has everything you need to have a nice family vacation. The house was impeccable, the perfect pool to share as a family. Mayra always gave us clear directions and was helpful at all times. Our third time in this house and we really love her, very comfortable.

The place is just as described in the photos, it is small but just with what is necessary. The layout of the space is very well used, the pool is a great complement. Matapalo beach is 600 m away and is a "virgin" beach are constructions, large buildings, and was clean to where we went.

I would like to start by saying that this will be a really special review. We were in Manuel Antonio for two weeks to finish arranging and celebrating our wedding in April 2025. We were on a tight budget with over 100 guests coming to Costa Rica to celebrate our beach wedding with us. So for this two week period, Casa Lily was our home, our staging area and our quiet space to simultaneously get everything organized and be our shelter from "the storm". Honestly, we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We LOVED Casa Lily. Of course the home was clean, tidy and exactly as depicted in the photos. What none of the descriptions or welcome information prepared us for was "Lorena" the caretaker. Lorena is 110% amazing and completely changed the experience of our stay, adventures and wedding celebration. Lorena helped us find wedding cakes, a florist, jungle tours for our family and was at our every beck and call. Lorena is an absolute gem and makes Casa Lily the best value in the area.

This house was a great location. Once we arrived, we had Squirrel monkeys all over the place to welcome us. We saw a ton of wildlife like Monkeys, Tucan's and Macaws. The pool was great to relax in and the outdoor shower really adds to the vibe. There is a market a short drive away to get your groceries as well. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Manuel Antonio!

We had a life changing truly wonderful experience here. We are a family of four with boys aged 10 and 12. I can't recommend this house more highly for a couple or family. It is right in the rainforest and we saw Coati (a type of Costa Rican racoon), monkeys (we had to wait until day 10 for this treat!), a tayrah, toucans and much more. Augustin and Kendry (a husband and wife team) act as the concierge for the house and could not have been more friendly and helpful. Augustin met us very late at night near the village of Portalon and escorted us to the house. This was invaluable as we'd travelled for over 24 hours and driven 3 hours in the dark from the airport. We had a problem with the AC but Augustin resolved it within hours. We've written a ton of recommendations in the guest book so if you go look out for these. Thank you Kendry and Augustin for helping to make our stay so special, Warm wishes, Frances and Gareth.

I found the place really peaceful and neat, the host was kind and helpful.

This was a spacious Airbnb that is not as modern as others but perfectly fine. A comfortable sofa and excellent air-conditioning. We use the kitchen and the fridge and all was perfectly acceptable. There was an outside terrace that was relatively private as it was high up and let me sit in the Sun-this was great. There were lots of good towels and we were close to lots of other amenities.

A very nice place to stay, which is quietly located in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts and allows a restful sleep. Very good apartment layout, super clean and perfectly furnished. You unlock it and immediately feel at home. The bouquet and the fruits lovingly contribute to this. It is the famous little things that characterize this apartment: For example, all windows with fly screens, reasonable cutlery, sufficient dishes, a high-quality washing machine, an outdoor shower and all rooms with ceiling fans. We particularly liked the veranda and the large and comfortable sofa, as after weeks of traveling it was time to “chill.” Dorit is a very professional host and super friendly. After a week, we left this place with a heavy heart. We would book again anytime and recommend it without restriction.

We loved our stay at the Bali House! The photos are a few years old, but the house was just as described. We had everything we needed to cook at home, the shower pressure is awesome, the beds okay, and we had plenty of room to spread out with our family of six. The pool area was great. We loved swimming and laying by the pool in the morning and then the beach was a short way down the road to visit in the afternoon. Best beach ever! The location was close to stores, restaurants, and shopping. If the sun doesn't wake you in the morning, the howler monkeys or toucans will! I loved reading on the porch, watching the howlers collect their breakfast. In the evenings the capuchins will visit you. They are especially curious that first night, they know when new families arrive! After that, they'd come every night to see what we made for dinner or watch us play cards. We loved our time in Costa Rica, we made such great memories here!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Cascada Escondida. This was our favorite Airbnb of our Costa Rica visit. Osa Property management's communication was great prior and during our visit. This was such a unique stay due to the secluded location along with a trail to a waterfall on property. You will definitely need 4x4 to access this property. It was well suited for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. They kids loved the pool and outdoor shower. Spectacular views from the balcony while sipping coffee or enjoying a meal. We really hope to make it back here. Thanks so much!

Villa Bellamar was amazing. Michael and his manager Susan always responded promptly with anything we needed. The house is awesome and laid out perfectly. One wing is the common area with plenty of space large kitchen with island, dining area and living area in one huge room the pool and deck with tons of outdoor seating are here as well. The other wing had 3 equal size master bedrooms the last one having a slightly larger bath. All baths were large. Each bedroom had its own large private porch with chairs and side table. The laundry room is by the last bedroom and has brand-new high-end appliances as does the kitchen. The views were incredible through the floor to ceiling sliding doors everywhere in the house. Mimi the housekeeper came every day and made the place spotless. She will even wash your clothes. The house truly has everything. We used the chef services one night and it was amazing. There is a restaurant down the hill called Chillax and has a good breakfast and dinner.

Cindy was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is as shown in the photos and is pet friendly, a benefit for those of us who always travel with our pets. The condominium is very safe and quiet.

Jefferson is a great host with an amazing home. The home is so private and peaceful. We swam in the pool while watching monkeys swinging in the trees. It was the coolest experience ever. Jefferson was great and communicating and helped us with any questions we had leading up to our trip. His concierge team is also top notch. They helped us plan things to do throughout our trip, recommended some great restaurants, and communicated with us throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb to stay at, and will definitely be returning next time we make the trip to Costa Rica!

Staying at Alex’s place wasn’t just a vacation — it was a full-on experience. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were living the lifestyle of the rich and famous: jaw-dropping ocean views, daily visits from playful Capuchin monkeys, and even maid service that made everything effortless. The home itself is gorgeous — spacious, comfortable, and designed to let you soak in the beauty of Costa Rica at every turn. The location is perfect too, just a short, easy walk to great restaurants and shops (though honestly, it was hard to ever want to leave the house!). We did have an issue with the master bedroom AC during our stay, but Alex handled it with total professionalism, fairness, and genuine care. His responsiveness made all the difference. Bottom line: this place is so much more than just a great home base — it’s an experience you’ll remember forever. Can’t recommend it enough!

My wife and our 12 and 14 year old daughters just had THE most amazing experience at Cielo del Mar. It’s hard to put the property into words that do it justice, and the Innova Team is truly unmatched in their approach to property management and customer service. The beds and linens were amazing, the bathrooms were large and great fixtures, the great room felt like it was connected to the outdoors with the expansive windows, and the deck and pool was AMAZING. The design was so well thought out that it belongs in an architectural magazine. You can’t beat the privacy and then there is the wildlife in your backyard. Capuchin monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and coatis. The location is perfect right in between Manuel Antonio, so you can get the touristy options, and the less touristy, more local appeal of Dominical. Last is the service Innova provides. They know what they’re doing and have considered everything. I’ve never had more helpful group - responses within seconds.

Nice place, close to beach and mountain at a time.

The accommodation is as described in the listing. We stayed in the green house and understand that the place will become a complex, but Hosam respected our reservation and we were able to enjoy the place privately. The house is very comfortable, with air conditioning, a fan and TV in all the rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, blender, electric oven, and the kitchen itself. The pool is beautiful, very well maintained with an island for young children, sun loungers and an umbrella. The house has a grill with a small bar set to the side. It has a parking lot for 4 cars in front. I must highlight Hosam's attention and we were lucky enough to coincide with Sonny who gave us excellent attention, further improving our stay. We will definitely be back to stay with Hosam

Casa Mamacita felt like a dream! It is located in the jungle and monkeys visited us multiple times a day. Biophilia Park is right there with nature trails by the house. We loved having coffee in the morning and listening to the jungle awaken. The pool was beautiful, refreshing and fun. The entire home and surroundings are absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The home is super comfortable with everything you need including a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, grill, bathroom with easy pool access, and an outdoor shower. The location is great as well with Manuel Antonio and Rainmaker both a short drive away. We ate at Quepoa by Agua Azul and the view, food and atmosphere were amazing- highly recommend! Wade and Sandy were super responsive to every messsge we sent. Aside from monkeys, we were visited by lizards, tree frogs, getkos, coatis, and on our last day as we drove out, a yellow throated toucan! Thank you so much for sharing this slice of heaven!

Teri’s place was a Costa Rican paradise! Absolutely gorgeous views, the pictures simply don’t do it justice! A completely private oasis while still less than 1/2 hour from Manuel Antonio and Quepos with plenty of restaurants/shops if you’re looking for something to do. We spent a week there with 4 adults and 7 kids and it was very family friendly, though it would be a perfect romantic/adult getaway too. Bedrooms were dreamy, kitchen was well equipped, house was nicely appointed, outdoor space and pool were just absolute perfection! One thing to note: IF YOU FOLLOW A GPS TO THE ADDRESS, it will take you a much longer route and will take you 30 mins on an extremely rough gravel road. The host was proactive in letting us know to take a different route- 616 over a bridge that gps says is closed/out of order-but we opted to follow the gps the first time to avoid getting lost somewhere without WiFi. Highly recommend familiarizing yourself with the suggested route and going via the bridge!
