Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Great accommodation which suited the needs of our group. Jo was an excellent host, and very responsive to messages. The hot tub was a brilliant extra which we enjoyed on the first night and felt like a real treat. Thanks Jo!

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to my messages, which made the whole stay even more pleasant. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

The flat is perfectly located in the heart of Hackney, surrounded by a variety of fantastic restaurants, cafés, and bars. Both London Fields and Broadway Market are just a short walk away, ideal for enjoying a picnic in the park or exploring the weekend market on sunny days. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a cozy, modern touch. One of its standout features are the two balconies, offering lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with a drink in the evening. The living area is a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing The host was always quick to answer and very helpful.

Agatha’s flat is in a lovely spot right by the beach, also very close to the beautiful Lower Leas Coastal Park. The flat is on the top floor, is light and airy with far reaching views, a good coffee maker, and a comfy bed for a quiet night’s sleep. Good communication. Thanks Agatha.

Lovely few days in Renata’s home. It’s a great spot in East London. Renata was very responsive when I was in touch and great to deal with. Would recommend!

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Mark is a really great host. He helped us with all the instructions for checkin and even suggested nearby attractions. He even provided us with options on how we can easily move with our luggage. The bnb was awesome with all the amenities in place, really felt at home.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thanks Nic, we really enjoyed staying at your place ‘The Coastal Soul’, and loved being so close to the beach. It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back.
