We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless & had really nice cotton sheets. Hayley was super helpful & friendly (even when we accidentally broke something) Good cookware in the kitchen meant we could cook & it’s a fab location to the sea, playground & high street. 10/10!

Had such a lovely time in this gorgeous house. The garden is huge and absolutely stunning with an amazing barbecue that was in pristine condition. The house is really well equipped and excellently located. The host was amazing and had provided lovely finishing touches around the house to make us feel so welcome. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Jo was an amazing host very responsive and the photos matched the house perfectly, came here for my sisters hen weekend and everyone loved the house. There was 10 of us and it was so spacious everyone had their own space, the house was very clean and the beds were amazing everyone had an amazing sleep. We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

Abi’s place was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The house was well stocked, spotlessly clean, homely and the perfect size for us. With free parking outside it was ideal for our work van. The neighbourhood was quiet, which helped get a good nights sleep each night. It’s a short walk to the local pub for dinner and drinks and has a convenience store on the corner for any essentials. Abi was a wonderful host, with clear instructions, making it easy for us to check in and out. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend Abi and her home to anyone!

We had a great stay close to everything also enjoyed a show at the Whiterock Theatre. You will not be disappointed this is a perfect base for a Hastings visit and Madelaine made it very welcoming. Thankyou once again.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Wonderfully decorated flat, super clean. Only downside is being on the lower ground, but then you do get a little outdoor terrace. Lennie was very helpful and accommodating, would recommend!

Andrew’s was a great host, he responded to us very quickly and went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were sorted. The place was very clean and cosy and the hot tub was perfect. The location of the Airbnb is perfect as it’s close to loads of restaurants and shopping centers. I’d highly recommend this place and it’s 100% worth the money.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back. This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the beach just seconds from the Annexe. The place was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a short stay. David is really friendly and has great local knowledge. Although it is quiet we easily walked to the local pub one night, just a 25 minute walk and there is plenty to do just a short drive away in either direction. We would highly recommend for some peaceful fresh sea air.

This is such a lovely apartment, right on the seafront in the gorgeous village of Sandgate. Sandgate has got so many lovely coffee shops and eateries (we love Orchard Lane for Swedish buns and Roka pizza) and it was so close for a day out in Folkestone too. The balcony is a total sun trap which we loved. Thank you!
