Maison authentique dans un environnement très calme sans vis à vis. Très agréable séjour dans une belle région avec de très nombreuses balades pour ceux qui aiment faire des randonnées avec du relief. Maison très bien située proche de Biarritz, de l'espagne, de l'océan et des principaux villages basques ... Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille sans la maison d'Isabelle. C'est une maison très agréable, bien équipée, calme, bien située qui nous a permis de sillonner la région. Isabelle est une hôte réactive, très accueillante, il y a plein de petites attentions dans la maison pour que l'on s'y sente bien. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Deuxième halte chez Nicole. Tjrs une petite discussion sympathique car je suis bavard et ça tombe bien Nicole aussi. Super hôte accueillante. L’adresse est dans mes favoris pour chaque voyage qui m’emmène vers le sud ouest et vers l’Espagne. À Bientôt donc

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette magnifique maison typique du Pays basque. Nous ne pouvons que recommander et serions très heureux de pouvoir revenir une prochaine fois.

Casa estupenda con jardín . Muy limpia y ubicación frente al campo. Excelente atención de los anfitriones. Fuimos con nuestra perra y estuvo encantada entrando y saliendo al jardín de la casa. Supermercados y todo lo necesario muy cerca. Muchas gracias

Annick es encantadora y su alojamiento estupendo! Increible la tranquilidad que se respira! La piscina en el patio TOP! Incluso tiene un par de bicis a disposición para disfrutar de ellas. Hemos ido mi pareja y nuestra perrita y hemos estado como en casa. Gracias por la amabilidad y esperamos poder volver pronto con algo mas de tiempo!!

Location, location, location. 5 minutes walk to the ocean - you can hear the waves from the balcony. Private parking spot in the underground parking was a plus. Check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The apartment is very well insulated, couldn’t hear the neighbours. It has everything you would need to ensure a comfortable stay. Everyone we met whilst staying here were all really friendly. Can’t wait to come back again!

Miren a été une hote très accueillante et réactive. La maison est grande et dispose d'une vue magnifique sur la mer.

Nous étions un groupe de 8 et avons passé une excellent semaine chez Sylvain et Katia. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable. La pièce véranda est très agréable pour les grandes tablées, pour les petits déjeuners comme pour les dîners. La literie est très confortable. La piscine est magnifique, chauffée et bien orientée. L’environnement immédiat est calme et l’implantation de la maison permet des nombreuses balades aussi bien en front de mer que dans l’arrière pays. Manon, aux petits soins, nous a très bien accueillis et a toujours répondu à nos questions. Sylvain est joignable en permanence et de très bons conseils. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Très belle villa, encore plus jolie qu en photo, qui nous a permis de vivre un magnifique séjour en famille. Très bon accompagnement d’Hossegor Villas, ça donne envie de revenir :)

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Would give 6 stars if I could! Stunningly beautiful surroundings and a very stylish and highly liveable apartment. Proximity to Saint Jean de Luz and the stunning coastline a huge plus. Some reviews have mentioned difficulty of getting luggage up from car park - but this was not an issue for us, Benoit sent map location to unload at back gate before driving to carpark. Don’t hesitate. Amazing!

The stay was perfect, great location, with everything we might have wished for and more, very comfortable, your communication and flexibility over the top as well. There is nothing I can think of improving :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jacques. La terrasse et la vue avec sont canons. L'appartement edt superbement bien placé aux ported de Biarritz et à 2 min. des plages.

Bel appartement avec un balcon très agréable, cuisine fonctionnelle et chambre confortable au calme, le tout situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville (restos, supérette, boulangerie...) Très bon spot pour profiter du pays Basque !

Duncan's place is so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was great for breakfast and for some chilling after a day of beach. Duncan was very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do in the area. And the area is also great. Duncan's place is very close to both the beach, shops and restaurants. Really want to come back to this place!

Estancia muy agradable. Apartamento muy bien ubicado, céntrico, próximo al mercado de Biarritz (zona con muchas opciones y ambiente). A menos de 5 minutos a pie puedes llegar a varios sitios para comer, así como a un supermercado, la playa también queda muy cerca. El apartamento está decorado con mucho encanto y se encuentra muy bien aislado, pese a ser una zona céntrica no se escucha ruido y se nota también en que se mantiene la temperatura de la vivienda. Lo recomiendo!!

Our memorable visit to Saint Jean de Luz was made even better by being at the villa les roses. Everything in the town and along the beaches was within easy walking distance and the parking, which has EV charging, was a great addition. The host did everything possible to make our stay easy and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
