The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Chantal is a very welcoming host, she informed us very well, the communication was very fluid and she is very flexible. I would definitely recommend it without hesitation.
