Large residence of 300 m2 mountain view, on two floors, with a large wooded park of 5800 m2, including an outdoor heated pool (from 05/01 to 10/31) with pool shelter, a jacuzzi and a tennis court. The accommodation is bright, with a great unobstructed view of the mountains, preserved from the neighborhood, close to services, beaches and shops.

Heated pool access (May to September 15) , outdoor space shared with the owners; jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is attached to our house but the entry is independent. Located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Many bike paths departures. Gated parking in the yard.
