The flat is located in the subterranean of a large house in a very quiet area of the Zillertal. It is less than five minutes by car to one of the biggest skiing areas - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.

I had a very pleasant stay in the vacation apartment Joena. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed – the hostess was incredibly nice, helpful and open. We had a great conversation, which made the start very pleasant. The apartment itself was simply bombastic – stylishly furnished, freshly renovated, spotlessly clean and with a magnificent view that made every day special. I really felt “poolwohl”! A special highlight was the bathroom – an absolute dream. Every detail has been thought of here, and you can tell that a lot of love and care has gone into the design of the accommodation. A very, very, very big compliment to the host and the accommodation! I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Thanks again for a great stay!

It was a great stay, would def recommend and return! The apartment is simple and clean and was comfortable for me and my husband. It is well located and easy to get to all the slopes for skiing! Host was also responsive and very kind!
