Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Highly recommend. Great hosts , incredible experience. You are ina secluded accommodation but close to many interesting things. Thank you hosts and hope to see you again. BTW …I slept until 13:00 😂

We had an amazing stay in Bibione – thank you so much, Umberto! We’ve never had such a kind and flexible host. We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

The place was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

The apartment is super conveniently located on the seashore, with good shopping and swimming facilities. We were very satisfied.

The location is like in the listing. Giuliana was very friendly and helpful when I needed it. The apartment is well located, 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Mrs. Giuliana and her place!

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property — right outside the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a short walk away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you! We'll be back for sure😊. Very kind host. The accommodation was in the city center, in a very good location — everything was close, yet it was quiet. We had a good rest at night and enjoyed great excursions during the day. It was well-equipped, spacious, and had plenty of sleeping places.

A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.

It was a beautiful house and very nice and well designed.If anyone likes to enjoy relax and clam holiday,you can enjoy a lot.The host guy most amazing and great person,he really helpful as a host.I had a great experience so far.Shops and sea everything under 10 minutes.Overall luxury feeling.Better to choose on summer time.More people and more fun.Overall everything was great and beautiful!

We spent a few days at OasiMare to take advantage of the first seasonal sun and an event in the nearby sports field. Everything was very close, we parked the car on arrival and it was no longer necessary to move it. The clean and bright house is complete with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The possibility of using a beach spot, umbrella and 2 sun loungers, included in the apartment fee, is very much appreciated. The balcony gives you the opportunity to enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast. Giovanni, very kind and helpful, put us at ease. Perfect location, we'll be happy to come back.

great place and super friendly host

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

We had a great few days at this AirBnB! It is quiet and private, but just a 3-4min walk from the busy streets. Paolo is a phenomenal host! He recommended local activities, eateries, and was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Venice!

The apartment is impeccably clean, decorated with a lot of love, and took care of every detail. It is equipped to the smallest detail. You will not miss anything during your stay. The apartment has everything and shows that a lot of money and love has been invested to make guests feel at home and better. The location is great for touring the region. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in that little town and there is an Outlet with great prices and a huge selection. Don't forget to sign up at the Info desk for an additional 10%discount. Venice is a 30-minute drive away (watch out for cameras and speed limit) and can be taken by train. The only opsaka is the cafe that is right under the appartment and there is very loud music late into the night which can be a nuisance in the summer when the windows are open to people looking for peace. The apartment has definitely exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to return

A beautiful and quiet place, perfect place to stop and take some time to relax.

This place is magical! Staying here made our trip to Venice more than wonderful. The Venetian elegance, the Murano glass, and the views out every window were magnificent. We really enjoyed our coffee on the rooftop terrace while listening to the music coming from the nearby conservatory. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.
