Monthly Rentals in Biañez

It was my dad and his friend who stayed in Monika's home and their experience was great especially communication with Monika and overall hospitality. One of the days Monika even brought some home made meal for my dad after a day of sightseeing. In addition, Monika was always fast to respond and provide as many details as it was necessary and possible. When it comes to location of the house, it is good for visiting many interesting and beautiful places and it is just an hour driving to the airport of Bilbao which makes it a relaxed trip. My dad enjoyed his time in Monika's place a lot and he definitely can recommend it to everyone. So when I go to this part of Spain, I will stay in Monika's place too :)

The house is as advertised, it is a small house but perfect for a trip and to get to know the area between Cantabria and Euskadi, equipped with everything you need for a rural getaway. We went with our dog, and it also had many spaces in the area to walk. Jon was always attentive and gave us good directions whenever we needed it. 100% recommended.

We were very comfortable, we had everything we needed, the accommodation is very cozy and very conveniently located in the village, you can walk to all the amenities. The spectacular setting to enjoy the countryside and mountains as well as the beach within a few kilometers. If we have a chance, we'll do it Thanks Raúl and Belén.

We spent a few days at Susana's apartment and we were very comfortable. The accommodation has all the amenities for traveling with family and children. Excess heat on cold days. The surroundings are beautiful and there are many options to do in nearby areas (beaches, caves, routes, green areas for children, river) All the necessary amenities in nearby areas. Highly recommended to spend a few days in contact with nature and visit Cantabria. We'll be back for sure!
