The apartment is wonderful, beautiful and clean and everything has 5 stars. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and many shops. They helped me carry the bags and treated me very well. We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

Giorgio’s place was prefect for our family on our visit to Istanbul. The team hosting us was great - very good communication and always responsive. Their hospitality and generosity were greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Istanbul. The location was very good with restaurants and parks nearby. The amenities in the house were also perfect with everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this house for making great memories in Istanbul. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !

I had a great experience staying at Çağla’s place in Istanbul. The apartment is located in the Fatih district, a charming and historic area with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many key sights. There’s also a parking lot just 100 meters away, which was very convenient. The home was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Çağla was an amazing host — friendly, responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you, Çağla!

Amazing views, very bright and very clean. There was everything that you needed in the kitchen to prepare your own meals plus some. Comfortable lounges, smart TV as well as some board games. Very close to public transport. Faruk was very attentive as well as responsive. I highly recommend your next stay here.

Everything is this apartment is just perfect! Let's start with the amazing view from your living room with french windows. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and 4 baths, so it's convenient for all the guests. There is everything inside for your stay. Fast wifi network that is very rare in Istanbul. The place was very clean and worm when we get inside. Host was friendly and help us with free parking for our cars and overall stay. So the conclusion is that this was one of the best airbnb's that we've stay in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

The room and bathroom are a little larger and very clean than the photos. There were basic cooking utensils such as pots, frying pans, olive oil, and a microwave, which was convenient. The view of the Marmara sea was relaxing and wonderful. The terrace chairs are very fluffy and comfortable. Carrefour Mart is an 8-minute walk, and the bus and train are a 10-minute walk away. If you take the train and go to two or three stops (about 10 minutes), it is right in the center of the old town. The host welcomed us in person and is a very kind and caring person. We had a great time! The location is ideal for transport, we only used the boat all week! The station being 5 minutes away was a real joy! Clean and quiet accommodation, with magnificent views of the Bosphorus. From the first evening we were warmly welcomed, Server invited us to drink tea and eat the Baklava made by his mom <3 The neighborhood is lively but it is not felt in the accommodation, there is everything you need nearby, from small cafes for breakfast, to restaurants for all tastes! We strongly recommend!

Clean and completed with everything apartment, perfectly match with description and photos. Lisa was responsive and helped a lot with details of the arrival and during the stay. Stay was great, but during 1st May Holiday area was blocked with police, so only buses may get in, so check twice your road trip.
