TÜYAP, Istanbul's largest exhibition center, is only 10 minutes by car. 6-7 km to Büyükçekmece beach. The sea view is very close and clear from the house, which is 200 meters away. There is free street parking in front of the house. The other 2 floors are not included. A quiet house surrounded by trees.

my house is 2 minutes walking distance to the Gozelyurt metrobus. It is extremely clean and convenient. It heats up with a combi boiler, there is wifi, Netflix, filter coffee maker. (the house is a partition from the duplex. There are stairs at the top, but it is closed, the entrances and exits are independent.) I DO not plan TO give DAILY use IN RAMADAN.
