Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff is warm, professional and always available. The room was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The setting is beautiful, quiet, and great for relaxing. Special mention for breakfast, varied and delicious. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Apartment exactly as in the photos,very close to the Grand Bazaar and tram/metro station;shops,restaurants and cafes very close to the location. Considering that it is in the semi-basement, it is a little harder with the ventilation of the rooms but the door to one of the bedrooms is useful for such a thing. It has everything you need during the stay at a reasonable price.

Kevin's house makes you feel very comfortable. It is spacious and tastefully decorated, you sleep well in the beds and from the balcony you have a beautiful view. Balat is worth seeing. But fortunately the house itself is a little away from the streets with many tourists. Since the nearby tram line T5 can often be very crowded, it is best to move by boat from Fener dock. I really recommend this place!

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..
