✨We are really happy to have chosen this accommodation for our trip. It was fantastic! The house was very clean. There was even a smart robot vacuum cleaner that drove through the apartment. The terrace was fascinating. Public transport was a 2-3 minute walk. Overall, 10 out of 10 points. We will definitely be back! Thank you, hosts.✨

First of all, thank you Mr. Milat. She provided us with any convenience and showed a flexible attitude. He answered our questions without getting bored and quick. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and in a decent area.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Giorgio’s place was prefect for our family on our visit to Istanbul. The team hosting us was great - very good communication and always responsive. Their hospitality and generosity were greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Istanbul. The location was very good with restaurants and parks nearby. The amenities in the house were also perfect with everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this house for making great memories in Istanbul. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

excellent location great host

When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the expansive sea view framed by the gorgeous green landscape filled with roses and lilies. We even saw a pod of dolphins leaping from the water! We truly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed in this lovely old home. Even though the house is located in a seaside resort area, we felt we were in the quiet countryside. The mature trees and bushes gave us lots of privacy. The house has all the needed amenities and we made good use of the washer and dryer. Important for us we also had fast WiFi everywhere on the large property. I gathered fresh eggs from the hens and picked fresh cherries for our breakfast, a true delight for this city woman! We spent our days poolside and the SUPER responsive property manager even bought us new lounge chairs to make us more comfortable. The highlight was watching the sun set from the terrace. I want to come back in the winter to enjoy a cozy fire lounging on the sofa in the pool house. Best vacay house ever!

We had a lovely stay, the place was as described. There are many shops and restaurants nearby as well as public transport. The place was very clean without any concerns to report. I recommend 100%

It was a great experience for my wife and I. It was our first trip in Turkey and Erol and his friend/coworker Malik made our stay memorable! To begin with, Erol and Malik greeted us with immense respect and love though we were strangers and made us feel comfortable like family. We had concerns about the political situation there but he made us feel safe. Erol started off with a great smile and warmth and took all his time to show us the best places to visit specially the best affordable and good restaurants. He was ready and prepared, we loved his proactiveness! He gave us a map with clear indications of each places and told us what is where specifically mentioned the walking distance so my wife feels at ease. We stayed there for 4 days and he was always responding whenever and wherever we needed help. We couldn’t ask for better and we will definitely go back to Istanbul!

The communication with Orbay was smooth — he responded quickly. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and spacious, which made it comfortable for a longer stay. The private terrace with a nice view was a great spot to relax. Overall, a good place to stay.

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very nice. There was a single-vehicle parking space available. The view was perfect. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The location was perfect and the apartment was cute. Perfect for a few days visiting Istanbul. Many great places to eat, easy to get to all the attractions. Would stay again.

I was nervous as a first-time Airbnb user. But I was lucky to meet a host like Ms. Deniz. The house is exactly as in the image, we stayed 9 people including the child, the villa was 4 floors and clean, all the items were usable, we easily met all our needs. And we were in touch, I also liked that Thank you so much

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa.
