A full sized kitchen, bathroom and cozy interior lounge room compliment the expansive all hardwood Ocean Front Deck putting you directly in the gorgeous Pacific Blue Ocean for your Classic Malibu Getaway. Ocean Front Beach home on a private beach in Malibu California. A two story duplex, private home and yard on the ocean. Only the upstairs unit is for rent and is completely separate from the lower unit. This upstairs unit has an oversized deck with comfortable lounge and dining furniture, accompanied by the amazing view of the ocean. On the ocean level is a communal pathway which leads to a private beach with no public access. This gives you private beach walks as well as private surf in your backyard. There is an outdoor hot water shower, BBQ and the full use of kayaks, paddle boards and surfboards come with the rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Guest Bedroom has a queen bed. There is a single mattress under the queen bed for kids or an extra guest. In the bathroom is a shower/bath, with laundry facilities included. The home has heating for the winter evenings and new over-sized window/door opening to the deck to let in that ocean breeze on those warm summer days. Also, the kitchen is completely furnished with all stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The home is situated 15 minutes away from Santa Monica and 3rd Street Promenade. Only 20 minutes from Venice Beach. A short walk down the street leads you to the ocean front Hawaiian restaurant/bar Dukes, with a 5 minute drive to the town of Malibu there are more restaurants, retail and grocery stores. The world famous 'Surfrider' beach is only 5 minutes away, as well as the Malibu Pier. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are minutes away up Las Flores Scenic Canyon. Private surf and stand-up paddle board lessons for all ages are available out of this beautiful Malibu Ocean Front home as well as private massage and yoga on your ocean front deck. Send me a text and me or my property manager will respond promptly. The beach house is a short drive to Surfrider Beach and Malibu Pier, with restaurants and even more stunning views. A five-minute drive to downtown Malibu. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are in nearby Las Flores Scenic Canyon. I have a strict no party policy. This is due to previous experience and would prefer to remain safe and not sorry. Any guests on the premises, beyond the agreed upon amount, will be an extra $150 per person, per calendar day/night, unless there is prior consent with the owner. Small events/gatherings are permitted ONLY when agreed upon prior to booking and is appropriately documented within the Airbnb rental agreement. Please call for more information. Pets are also not allowed without prior consent and documentation to arrival.

Desirable location, safe friendly neighborhood, 10/15 min drive to manhattan - hermosa, 7 min drive to Riviera Village. My place is good for local staycations, bike rides on the strand, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. 8 miles LAX, house hunting. Property is set up for 2 guests. No outside visitors allowed. Only approved guest can stay or come into the house. The max guest limit is 3. The 3rd guest needs to be approved before they stay.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband, children and dog! We felt very welcome and Gemma was always available to help with anything. The house was very nice, smelled nice and was clean. In addition to having a beautiful and well-kept garden, it also has a leisure area with a pool that we enjoyed. I would definitely go back to this house unit 1. The only thing I can say is that there weren't enough towels for all those days and they were thin and small in size. But the rest was ok and suited us perfectly! Thank you very much.

Scott's place was perfect for a family! It's a quick drive to Redondo Beach and is ideally located to enjoy the LA area. We were 30-40 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to the Long Beach Aquarium. By far, the best attributes of the house were the outside grill and hot tub area. The backyard is fantastic for a family that wants to spend time outside. We grilled on the Weber grill and enjoyed the hot tub, which is humongous!

Shirley's house is in an great location, you can walk to the market and to an incredible bakery and ice cream shop. It was perfect for our family. And we loved her cat Rocky! He's the sweetest.

A great find in a perfect spot next to the pier at Marina Del Ray. 2 minutes walk to the beach and the main street with bars and restaurants. Place was like two separate suites with one on each floor giving good privacy for us as friends sharing the house. There is parking in a garage for 2 cars which is also great as it can be very busy at the weekends outside.

Such a gem of a space! Within walking distance to the water, coffee, food and shopping, this was perfect for our little getaway. Comfy beds and so many extra amenities, this home was very clean and such a fun vibe. The host was so kind when I was confused about something that was totally user error. I would absolutely return. My only complaint was not booking for longer.

Ellie’s place is fantastic. Love the cozy space… Bougie Beach House the house is squeaky clean from linens to bath towels, kitchen etc. I found Ellie to be very flexible and easy to work with. The house is steps from the beach. We didn’t need to use the air with the wonderful beach breeze & it was so nice hearing the waves roll all day and night. A great stay!

Such a peaceful community in such a vibrant place. Close to Venice Beach and the Santa Monica pier. The home and linens were squeaky clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The people watching, plane watching, and boat watching provides non stop entertainment. We even saw a sea lion and dolphins. This place is magical and we can’t wait to come back!

Such a fun house! My kids loved the different levels and there was a place for everyone to relax which is always so nice on vacation. Great communication from Summer and I enjoyed having the gated entrance. Tip - Totally our fault but the city is serious about parking on the correct side during sweeping! Summer warned us and gave us a great parking pass and we just missed moving the car. Ticket is $75. Hoping that will save someone else some spending money.

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and Debra's place will always stand among the best. An easy, charming walk to the beach is a highlight, for sure, but the house itself is larger than we expected. The owners retreat at the back of the house is quietly set back from the front of the house and the other two bedrooms, allowing for privacy for parents and teens, and we had ample tables and chairs to do our work, our reading, and our planning for day trips. Easy drive to/from the airport, exceedingly walkable to pretty much anything you'd want or need, and parking on-street was consistently easy, right in front of the house. Debra is an ideal host: careful, thoughtful, fun, kind. She made us the best lemonade on earth from the lemons on the tree out front of the house. The hummingbirds were active throughout the day, and watching them at the kitchen window was idyllic. The gardens in the back of the house were amazing. Hard to not say more: a truly great stay!

The house was gorgeous, and David went above and beyond in providing extra pillows, blankets, beach towels, toiletries, coffee bar, extra kitchen amenities, etc. The location was perfect, easy walking to the beach and to main st and downtown for restaurants. Extremely clean and well stocked. Would 100% recommend to anyone. We had a family of 5 and fit comfortably with the two boys sharing the basement bedroom, our daughter on the main floor, and us in the master. The 3rd floor common area and kitchen and dining room provided wonderful views of the ocean
