Vacation rentals with a patio in Beverly Hills

Bryn is a fantastic Airbnb host! The place was in pristine condition and very well stocked from the bathroom to the kitchen. Bryn was always proactive and consistently checked in to ensure everything was in order. The space was absolutely beautiful, and even when I had a small concern, it was taken care of quickly and thoughtfully — a true testament to how well the place is run. I would certainly recommend staying at this property and will definitely be back :)

Amazing appartment, hiccup at check in because building management changed the code, but we were able to figure it out. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place for a large group. We were celebrating a graduation and really fun to all stay in one place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful two bedroom home. The house is thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you could think of including spices, utensils, coffee, tea, soft tissues, toiletries, towels, napkins, and more. Everything was so well prepared, it felt like home the moment we arrived.The interiors are beautifully decorated with lots of natural light throughout the space. The beds were incredibly comfortable with high quality duvets and linens, perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. There’s even a touch of glamour in the design that made it feel extra special. The bathroom was very clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a great walk-in shower.The location is unbeatable. Just a quick 5 to 7 minute drive to amazing restaurants like Café Gratitude, Butcher’s Daughter, Pizzeria Sei, and Chaumont Vegan. 20 to 30 mins ride to all tourist spots. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also conveniently located. It’s a very safe and peaceful neighborhood!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

And older home which was renovated nicely with artistic flair. Very quiet and safe neighborhood close to the shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is great and the beds were super comfortable. Exactly what we needed as a family displaced from the palisades fire.

Yair‘s hous was just perfect for our vacation and just like it was described. The check in was very easy and the house was all perfectly clean. There was even a small welcome package with coffe and snacks waiting for us. We highly recommend the house for a trip to LA and we will definately choose thie place for our next trip to LA.

Wonderful home with a lovely patio and pool, which is great for kids. Kaitlin provided detailed instructions for everything in the home and had a list of recommended restaurants for delivery and eating out which was extremely helpful. Home is walking distance from Von’s grocery store. Plenty of space for my family of 4 and I would reserve Kaitlin’s home again!

Michael and Tracy were awesome hosts. They gave great instructions, checked on us periodically and went above and beyond in the home. We had a party of 6 and two of us forgot toothbrushes, to our surprise they had toothbrushes for guests. They had a variety of products in the bathrooms, extra towels, blankets and plenty of seating in the home. Home was cozy and nice on the eyes. The backyard was a dream, private and gorgeous with the most spectaculat foliage. Pool was a good size too. Beds were comfy, sheet we soft and pillows were just right. Plenty of everything you needed to have in the kitchen, a marvelous grill outdoors with plenty of seathing out there as well. I can’t highly recommend this unit enough. Thank you Michael and Tracy for sharing your wonderful home!

Just amazing. A brilliant view which you can stare at for ages, along with a very stylish and well kept house. Luke is a great host and constantly went out of his way to help me and ensure that I enjoyed my stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay here. Only thing would be you definitely need a car as its quite far up but an amazing experience for anyone looking.

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Navid is a responsive host with a very nice property. The rooms are well equipped and the listing is accurate with respect to actual experience.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was well-located and so convenient for food shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was cozy and comfortable and the 2bedrooms had full ensuites, with good towels. Kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster and pots and pans, dishes etc. The refrigerator was a good size and spotless. Everything was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner and host were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
