Monthly Rentals in Beverly Beach

Our family had an awesome time at Kay’s place. She was very attentive to our needs and her home was super clean and refreshing. I loved the outdoor area and the private beach that you could right out to in minutes. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing oceanfront property! Barbara was a fantastic host — attentive, welcoming, and made everything seamless. We've stayed at many oceanfront homes over the years, and this was truly one of our favorites. The location, comfort, and hospitality made it an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!

It was our first try at an AB&B and it was a great experience. The condo had literally everything. We forgot our koozies, the unit had them. I blew out my flip flop and the unit had Gorilla glue. We made margaritas one night and low behold the unit have margarita glasses😁. We would highly recommend this condo and Brian.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend stay. Definitely booking again on future trips to Palm Coast.
