Mike was very responsive to all of our needs! We had a few hiccups that were handled promptly and we appreciated that immensely. While the space was exactly as described we would have liked the kitchen and living room to be a little bit tidier, but that could just be our personal preference. Access to laundry was great! We avoided bringing back any dirty linen after staying for a week and that’s a huge plus. Overall, great proximity to the airport, Tanger outlet and downtown Charleston— perfect for our group stay.

We loved our stay; the place was private, clean, and homey. Sweet touches like guides to the city, oatmeal for breakfast and snacks were appreciated. Comfortable beds and furniture as well as a spacious feel even though it’s not a huge place.

The place is beautiful. The patio was wonderful for relaxing and morning coffee. the layout of the home is amazing for a group with everything spacious and spread out and having individual bathrooms!

The neighborhood was very quite and cozy. The place was convenient to everything in the Charleston area. It was a small space but perfect for us three. The quick weekend trip to visit with my CofC student was great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an easy and convenient place to stay.

This is such and amazing place, the pictures, doesn't capture the warmth and beauty of this home. From the moment you pull up, nice driveway, manicured law, lovely front porch. Swing in large back yard. Everything was spotless, anything you need is provided. dishes, Keurig with pods. lovely spacious rooms. Recliners with cup holders and usb. Loved it my favorite spot. If you want and amazing home to yourself, serenity, no shared spaces. Do yourself a favor and book this wonderful, charming brick home. I'm already planning my next visit.

Very clean and spacious house with more than reasonable stocked items made us feel at home the minute we stepped in. Inside, tasteful furnitures and decoration gave us a cozy feel as if we are staying at my grandmother’s house. Outside, you can spend all day relaxed with the sounds of nature - water, wind, and birds. I tried kayaking for the first time. Water is calm, nothing else is around me except water. What a soothing experience! And the sunset is breathtaking.

Michael and Erica have a beautiful home. They definitely were a pleasure to work with. Everything in the house was pristine. The driveway was narrow, but between the garage set up and the driveway we were able to fit 5 good size vehicles without parking on the street. There are a lot of stairs. An elevator would be very beneficial for older people and for unloading and loading luggage. Even without the elevator, I would stay there again!

I stayed at Mackenzie’s place for a birthday trip to Charleston, SC and the place was amazing. There were four of us and it was great. The view of the lake is so pretty. The drive to downtown and all of the other places is close. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice clean place. Would be a great place for entertaining. Access to lake so bring a small boat or kayaks if you got them. Rooms comfortable. Kitchen has what you need. Had a great time with family there.

Beautiful home with space for a large family. We enjoyed overlooking the river and watching the Bald Eagles and other wildlife. The home was perfect for a bridal photography session! Thank you, Michele, for being a fabulous host!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near the lake! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning natural beauty surrounding the property. The accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, making it a perfect home base for our family getaway. There was so much to do! We spent our days exploring the lake, having karaoke nights, and enjoying quality time together. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub—what a fantastic way to unwind after a day of adventures! The host was incredibly welcoming and flexible with our stay. We truly felt at home and can't wait to return. This place is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy nature and create lasting family memories. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jon’s beautiful home. It’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with stunning panoramic views of the marsh and Wando River — truly a relaxing retreat. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds and towels were perfect, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Jon was a fantastic host — kind, responsive, and helpful. The location was ideal: tucked away, yet a quick and easy drive to Charleston and nearby beaches. A special bonus for bird lovers: my husband, an avid birder, identified 66 species during our week, all from the yard and private pier thanks to the unique marsh and wooded surroundings. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this home for a peaceful, well-appointed getaway.

The condo was very nice and welcoming. Would be sure to use it if we return to Charleston. Annette was a great hostess. We had an issue with the living room TV. Annette took care of getting the issue resolved in a timely manner.

No complaints whatsoever. We had a great weekend.

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.
