This WATERFRONT 2 bed 2 bath first floor apartment on our 5.9 acres property is just 0.7 miles away from Daniel Island Marina Village. Enjoy peace and quiet while still being close to downtown and beaches. My husband myself and our labradoodle live upstairs. This unit is completely separate. It does not have a kitchen nor a dock(hopefully soon though pending permits). There is a kitchenette with 36” fridge microwave coffee machine and toaster. Absolutely no smoking allowed on property.
