My house, which is about 115 square meters, is quiet, without through traffic near the forest. There are many family-friendly things to do in the area, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoirs, ... and attractive towns. From the round balcony (2 house sides) you can enjoy a view of the unobstructed nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cozy house has 4 ZKB., garage and a fireplace.

Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very happily ever since, despite all the tasks that still await. Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
