Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, fußläufig zur Stadtmitte Michelstadt. Spielplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busverbindung sind ebenfalls fast vor der Haustür. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und sorgen dafür, dass die Wohnung immer frisch vorbereitet ist. Handtücher & Bettwäsche stellen wir gerne für 7€ pP bereit.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

My courtyard consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm living space) as well as the former servant's house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace and two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.
