Ihr Appartement hat einen Satellitenfernseher mit DVD Spieler, eine Stereoanlage, Internet-Zugang sowie einen Schreibplatz. The cozy room in the attic overlooking vineyards is furnished with a double bed (1.40/2.00 m), chest of drawers, writing and side table, chair, bench and smart TV. Together we use the bathroom / toilet, the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious wardrobe in the hallway. The living room and balcony are not for shared use. Since I am not in the house most weekends, my guest can also use these areas, as long as I can trust him. A rental bike is available.

We warmly welcome everyone to the Palatinate! Our house is located in the "Kirchengässl" on the Weinstraße right next to the Jakobuskirche. The two rooms are accessible via our private staircase on the 2nd floor (attic). The floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom, 1 anteroom and 1 lounge. We welcome our guests, if desired, in the morning with a vegetarian breakfast. Note: There is a cleaning fee of EUR 15 per person, which is paid in cash on site.
