Summer house 'Het Hoeverhuisje' is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, a village between dunes and the sea, from where you can explore both nature and culture. The cozy, renovated summer house is behind the owner's house. It has its own entrance and a small outdoor area with garden seating. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are downstairs; the bedroom with a wardrobe is upstairs. What is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at the information desk at the park entrance.
