Retreat under the roof

A wonderful retreat. Only two stairs to climb before you enter your own little kingdom. Lovingly designed, flooded with light and very well equipped. 25 min South of Munich, in the countryside, quiet, and yet everything is within walking distance: Bakery, bank, supermarket, inn and pharmacy as well as the lake. There is parking in front of the house. Ideally suited for two people. There is a very cozy extra bed in the stairwell, but it is only suitable for guests with an affinity for climbing.

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
