The host was great, he was very polite and was ready to adapt to our needs. The house was very cozy and beautiful. The location is great if you are planing to travel by car otherwise it is quite remote.

Communication was mega from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and totally The location is a dream, the amenities and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

We were there with a group and had a great time. The cabin absolutely met our needs. Everything you need is available. The view is outstanding And the hot tub was our absolute highlight. I'd love to come back.

We were allowed to spend a week in the Herzerl Chalet in June and we are sure we will be back! The cottage is very lovingly furnished with details and very clean/ well equipped. There was enough wood/lighter for the stove/ hot tub. The kitchen was super equipped and there were enough towels etc. there. The contact with the alpine farmers is also very friendly and we were supplied with fresh milk every day and, on request, eggs/ pine liqueur. The hostess was always available and took us up to the huts once on arrival, which can be reached by car via a gravel road. For two people looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the valley, the chalet is just the thing!

Teresa's place was perfect for us. The house was spotless and hadeverything we needed including some extras! I would definitely stay there again. It is walking distance to all the Halstatt activities. Highly recommended!

It’s a homey, clean and sweet place. Despite the freezing weather we were never cold thanks to the floor heating. The quiet was also real nice after a day of sightseeing. I recommend staying here.

Had 2 great weeks. Lots of outings to do in the area (all within an hour's drive from the cottage) David's recommendation (walking to the mountain lake is well worth it!) and then it is wonderful to 'come home' to the cottage after an active day. The cottage is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly and there is plenty of space! Everything is available (kitchenware, television, games etc) Partly because of David's hospitality, we soon felt comfortable in the cottage. A plus was definitely the sauna. Definitely worth going here!

It was a beautiful stay and exactly what I needed to break away. The area was calm and quiet with a beautiful backdrop of the Alps right at your doorstep. Lisa & Pietra were really helpful throughout. I would definitely come back here!

Ute and her family were so kind and warm. Always available. Helpful with everything you needed, including leisure tips. The cottage was fantastically beautiful. The location as well. All in all, a dream. We'll be back.

Johanna's log cabin is a nice house with everything you need for a short break at Lake Irrsee. The rooms are a bit small, but there is enough storage space to accommodate everything and to be able to move freely. Beware of bed lengths and large guests (we overlooked this in the description, but went anyway). The large kitchen is very well equipped. A pan on the induction stove did not work for us and Johanna was there with a new pan within a very short time! 🙂 The living area and the large well-equipped terrace invite you to relax. A mini minus for us was that we thought the house was right by the lake. However, there is a sports/football field directly in between. Was used very little during our stay. The lake access is within walking distance and very pleasant and quiet with a small catering station. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay for us. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The views from the property are stunning. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

It was really super super nice!! The cottage is totally modern and yet super cozy, you have everything you need, it is super clean and outside it is super idyllic! For me, the highlight was waking up with a view of the countryside incl. Sunrise! I would highly recommend coming here!

Were visiting Mittererb for a week with our children during the Pentecost holidays. The summer house was exactly what we were looking for. Well separated from the neighbors on the outskirts. The wooden furniture is all new and built with love by our own carpenter. The top equipped cozy log cabin immediately grew on us. We used the barbecue in the garden every night. Pauline warmly welcomed us and gave us good tips for our excursions. The lakes in the area are very beautiful and also suitable for swimming in June. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sophia’s cabin! It’s a very comfortable and cozy space, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Despite the cabin being older, it’s been beautifully updated with high-end lighting and modern kitchen cabinets, which really added to the charm and functionality. The hosts have provided clear and detailed instructions for everything, along with a simple set of house rules that made our stay easy and stress-free. The cabin is located within a campsite that offers so many fun activities — you could easily spend several days here and still have more to explore. One or two nights just isn’t enough! Patrick and Sophia were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We’re already looking forward to coming back and staying longer next time! Highly recommended.

Apart from the gorgeous and spotless living space, the hosts were extremely welcoming and outgoing. We were shown around the farm and invited to visit and pet their adorable animals. If you love hiking and a peaceful environment I’d definitely recommend booking this place as just a bit far off from the farm there is a great hiking trail offering views of Zell Am See right below. Supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as Zell Am See itself

Excellent place to stay - wish we could stay longer

I was in Gitti's cottage for an extended weekend and was simply thrilled! The location in the mountains, the coziness of the cottage and the presence of everything you could possibly need - simply great!
