Fantastic mountain idyll, magnificent view of Hohen Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,... , all day sun, a sensational balcony. It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...Bathroom, kitchen high quality and new, furnishings cozy and traditional. With solar and log heating, as well as a new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pastures, children welcome, small playground, bullerbü on the mountains!

Haus Mitterbach is one of the biggest houses in Berchtesgaden (80 residential units) and offers in addition to an indoor swimming pool as well as a bicycle storage room and a laundry room. Bus stop, bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 800 metres away. The parking is below the property.
